I have used Duraclean only once in the past for my area carpets. They were able to pick up and deliver when completed. Fred Higgins is the person I spoke to and he was very helpful. Communications are great, he explains everything that will happen, and the techs are on time. I highly recommend Duraclean for your carpet and tile cleaning.

Following a flood in our residence, Duraclean Master Cleaners was called to clean 14 Oriental and Chinese rugs. Rates were fair. Finished product looks like new. Owner and staff were consistently helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Duraclean for your carpet and rug cleaning requirements.

Is this an honest business? I am not sure. "The price given for estimate is not the final price charged "per owner. remember this before hiring this company. I live out of state but have a rental property in Westford. After tenants moved out, I called to inquire about one carpet room cleaning (12x17=204 sq ft). I mentioned that tenants had a dog so I may need special treatment.

The owner nicely explained over the phone that regular cleaning is usually 30 somewhat cents per sq ft and enzymes treatment is less than 20 cents per sq ft. He did the math and explained to me that it comes out to about 50 cents per sq ft for both cleaning and enzymes treatment. Since my sq fr is 204,(times that by 50 cents, it comes out to $102) he told me he can do it for $100.

He also explained to me if I wanted additional treatment to prevent Capet from deep staining in the future, he can do the total for $150. I explained that I don't need fancy service right now, I'll just stick to the regular cleaning of $100. We agreed for a date and I arranged for the house back door to be left open for carpet cleaning access.

When we were on the phone to make a payment after work was completed, I just double checked the amount to be $100. That's when things started to twist. He told me that he sent me work order via email and it is $150. I tried to open the email but the PDF would not open in my phone. I explained to him about our conversation and the price he gave me.

His response: I don't remember. I deal with many phone calls. The price quotes is not the actual price. It's just an estimate. Furthermore, he added that his price is so cheap that he should have actually charged more. Look, I'm not arguing about the amount ($50). I'm arguing about the integrity of the business here. I felt like I was dumb played. Seriously?

I take honesty and integrity very seriously, especially during the business transaction. I told him $50 will not kill me so go ahead and charge me the extra $50. I'm not sure how this $50 will benefit his business if the way he operates his company stays this way. I'm sorry to write negative review. This is my first negative review on Yelp.

I have never cleaned my rugs before. I know, it's gross. But when I purchased rugs from a previous owner, I needed to make sure the rugs were free of pet dander. I did my homework, and I am very happy with my experience with Fred and his crew at Duraclean. While everything wasn't perfect initially, this crew worked hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied in the end. We interacted with 3 strong and pleasant guys, and our rugs look and smell fabulously clean at a great value. Thank you for a job well-done!

I was impressed with the prompt quote and the care taken. My burgundy and blue oriental-type rugs looked vibrant when done. the only way I can describe the difference. They even did a tiny one that wasn't on my list but needed it! I haven't had rugs cleaned in-home before so I wasn't sure if the steam would damage the hardwood floors etc., All good as promised. Yes, I would recommend them and yes I will use them again.

Rob came and cleaned 3 bedroom rugs, stairs, and living room and dining room rugs. They had not been done for 5-6 years. They look great now! The rugs on the stairs look brand new. He was very professional and did not stop until done. Very pleased and would recommend the company. Total 5 star service from initial appointment to final cleaning. Thank you.

They did a great job on my parents carpeting and rugs. They were responsive and reliable, with fair pricing. We would hire them again!

They were professional from the start. We had a potentially difficult situation but they took the time to understand what we needed and then followed through. The worker was thorough and really put a lot of energy into his work. I am not used to people working that hard at a job that took a few hours.

July 2, 2021 We have had Duraclean (Lowell) for years. Fred, (the owner) is easy to talk to and prices are very reasonable. They always arrive on time, do a fabulous job and can get 'any' stain out! Professional and caring~Hard to find these days-:)

Excellent service, beautifully cleaned rug and a happy customer. This was my first time getting a rug cleaned and I didn't know what to expect. I had a rug with a few stains on it and needing a good cleaning. I was really happy when they were able to remove the stains. It was an all around positive experience.

Had Duraclean come out and Chea did a great job on our carpets. Wish we had done this prior to moving in but he worked around the furniture we didn't move and did a great job. Fast and reasonably priced; very professional. The owner Fred clearly cares about his reputation and was fast to respond and get is a quote. Will be using again.

Awesome. I spilled a huge cup of chocolate coffee smoothie on my carpet and couldn't get all of it out. I used yelp the same day to request a quote and of the three companies it sent my info to Duraclean gave me a quote without having to come out. They have excellent reviews and it was very easy to schedule an appointment for the cleaning. The guy that came out was friendly, professional and got straight to it.

He did my master bedroom and the upstairs hallway. I'm very very happy. It was all such an easy process and not stressful at all that I will use them again in the future. Carpet looks fantastic too!

Highly recommend. Great to work with and excellent quality work. Fred was patient and flexible on the phone, never seeming rushed to hang up or book the order. Keith came out to the house to do the job; he was clear, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. Called to communicate his ETA, and arrived promptly. We have really messed up tile floors from a botched install - unevenly laid and deeply saturated with grime - but Keith still managed to get them looking sparkling clean.

Better than they looked when initially installed, actually. He obviously put extra love and energy in, and really knows what he's doing. He knew exactly what was wrong with the floors before I explained, and was clear about what could been addressed with a deep clean and what couldn't (ie: grout smears), and delivered beyond expectations. We've had the floors cleaned professionally before, but they didn't look as amazing as they did after Keith was done. Five stars!

Had them clean carpets in my bedrooms yesterday--gentleman that came out was professional and respectful. My carpets literally look brand new! Price as quoted. Will use them again! Highly recommend!

This was my first time using a professional carpet cleaning service and my experience was great! I asked for a quote via Yelp. Fred was very responsive and quoted me a reasonable price. He was even able to schedule me for the next day. Keith, the Lead Tech, did my cleaning and he was incredibly thorough. The difference in the carpets before and after the cleaning was night and day! I also appreciated how Keith talked me through what he was going to do in each room and what products he was going to use. I would highly recommend Duraclean to others.

I have used Duraclean Master Cleaners in Chelmsford on a few occasions so I decided to give them a try again and I'm so glad I did. My kitchen/bathroom tile and family room rug are 11 years old. I've had them cleaned a few times in those 11 years but the tile and grout is light so it can get very dirty. Last week they came out and they did a tremendous job.

My tile, grout and carpet look brand new! They also cleaned a large area rug and two small area rugs. I am so happy and I would highly recommend their services. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really shows. Thank you Duraclean!

Duraclean for all your cleaning needs. Paul the technician was very polite, professional, and did an outstanding job. He can in and cleaned a 6 seat sectional and an area rug in about 3 hours and left the house as clean as he found it. The fresh clean smell was still noticeable 12 hours later when I returned home from work. The entire process was headache free. It started with a request for a quote on Yelp that was replied to very quickly, to booking, to the cleaning. Highly recommended.

This was my first time using a professional floor cleaning service and I have to say that these guys made it a pain free process. I got my quote done through Yelp, with a quick follow up email to verify dimensions, they showed up on time and were done quickly. I would highly recommend Duraclean for any cleaning services you need, very reasonable, extremely professional, and most importantly that treat you like your time is just as valuable as yours.

Duraclean is an efficient and trustworthy company. I called a few different companies to get an idea of the cost to clean tile and grout throughout my house. They were the only one that gave me a way to estimate my cost. They were friendly and did not try to hard sell and they call back quickly Keith came out and did a great job, the grout looks like new and is over 10 years old. He also answered questions and saved me money on other services I didn't need. I highly recommend Duraclean

Had our couches cleaned. Fred was very quick to respond, provide a reasonable quote, and schedule service within a couple days. Very pleased with outcome. Will be using these services moving forward for any furniture and carpet cleaning.

Derek did a fantastic job cleaning our 2 carpets yesterday. They look great! He was very friendly and communicated his arrival well. I was able to get a quote on yelp within minutes in a weekend and schedule it too. Owner friendly and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Duraclean! I will use them in the future.

I've hired Duraclean twice a year (Fall and Spring) for the last few years and am always satisfied. Fred has a fantastic team from the women in the office to the techs that come out to do the job. The quality of the work is superior. The prices are very reasonable. My home looks as though it was given an interior "face lift" when they're done. We recently used Duraclean on recommendation of a neighbor. We just moved into a condo with light beige wall to wall carpeting that needed a deep clean. Keith came in and patiently treated the stains, and painstakingly cleaned the carpet so it looked like new! He was very concerned that we were happy with his work and he took extra time to do his very best. I would not hesitate to call on them again for carpet cleaning! Very professional, on time, and excellent workmanship.
