First Choice did a great job on our house! Corey and Tyler were very knowledgeable about techniques and were willing to answer all of our questions. Communication was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. We appreciated that they consider each part of the house (roof vs. brick vs. siding) and what it needs for safe cleaning. We were really concerned about getting our large gambrel roof fully cleaned without damaging it.

They took very good care of the roof and did a great job on the brick! We had a lot of moss/mildew and dirt build up, and they got it all. We will use them again for the next wash!

Corey Cope did an excellent job. He cleaned my house, driveway and sidewalks. I had road dirt, algae, cobwebs and grime on the white siding. The driveway had black streaks on it and the sidewalks where discolored. They look like new! What a difference. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and did the job correctly.
