Tried calling for oil heater repair. They absolutely refused to give me any kind of estimated time they would arrive. The guy wouldn't say if it would be an hour, the next day or 2 weeks later. If this is your business you should have some idea of how long on average a job takes. Some are longer or shorter, but some sort of idea to give the customer an expectation.
