Claude Brown Carpet Cleaning

I recently had my sectional upholstery cleaned by Claude Brown's. Not only did the tech make the couch look basically brand new, but the customer service and kindness of the techs and owners is truly unmatched. I will be recommending them and using them again in the future.

We experienced a slow leak in the wall of our closet for 20 days or so.and Claude Browns' team showed up to repair the damage to our bedroom carpet, wall and under the house were water had soaked through to the insulation in the crawl space. We can't say enough to express our gratitude for their attention to our concerns, their skill and experience in tackling the problem, and specifically their polite, gracious, and empathetic manner.

Each person who responded was professional and a pleasure to deal with. We worked with several members of the restoration and carpet cleaning crews over the period of 10 days and they were all very good at their jobs and made us feel confident that our issue has been completely resolved back to "new." We will use their services in the future for all of our carpet and furniture cleaning needs!

Absolutely amazing customer service! Needed new carpet pretty much throughout my house. Called one day for a bid and Bob was out the next day to take measurements and brought awesome samples. He even got the quote back to us that same day. 2 weeks later when the carpet came in they were done in 2 days and it looks amazing! Highly reccomend and will deffinately be using them again.

This place was great the man took the time to help me with my gazillion questions and didn't seem bothered my cluelessness. The restoration team they have is also top notch. Keven knows what he's doing and great at it.

We enjoyed our experience mattress shopping at Claude Browns few years ago! We definitely felt comfortable and not pressured into anything. The price was excellent and delivery was smooth. We have LOVED the memory foam mattress we bought that is still in great shape years later! Will be back for more furniture needs!

I was really hopeful with this company. I chose them because they were family owned, cheaper than the competition and really made me feel like I was getting quality. I also was in a semi-rush to get my carpet put in and they were available to do it the soonest. My order came on time, but then layers could not come for another week, delaying us moving in even further.

Then they ripped out the carpet and delayed the job another week while I painted the floors, which took 2.5 hours, to take care of some stains from previous residents. (Why is this common procedure not accounted for in the timeline of bids)? Then when the layers finally came back (2 weeks delayed now) they didn't have enough carpet to finish the job and it was put off for another 2 weeks.

I have now been waiting for 3.5 weeks since the estimated time for the job to be completed and am getting very impatient and frustrated. We still haven't been able to move our furniture into our home and I have tack strips exposed with 2 small children. I am not happy with the service I've gotten. I have never publicly complained about a company before, but their process should be more transparent and they should be more careful about making promises when dealing with deadlines. I feel they told me what I wanted to hear just to make a sale.

My husband and I just bought furniture there and they delivered it this morning. I could not be happier with my purchase or the people that own the store. They have made it a wonderful experience. Thanks again and look forward to shopping in there again.

A family owned furniture store with quality wares. They sell bedsets, flooring, couches, recliners, and more. The staff is experienced and know their stuff. My wife and I bought a Broyhill bedset and we have been very pleased.

We purchased commercial carpet for our office from Claude Browns. Their installer left large gaps between the seams. We notified them immediately and have continue notifying them of the problem. We have lots of glue on the carpet with several patches and it still continues to unravel. This is the worst installation job I have seen. I am very disappointed Claude Browns does not want to resolve the problem. I would not recommend getting carpet from them.

I am very disappointed with the staff at Claude Browns. They had no issues working with me when it came time to purchase carpet and take my money, but now that there are problems I can't get anyone to help. I purchased carpet from Claude Browns and within one year of us walking on the carpet it is completely crushed. I have been calling for almost a year to get answers and try to get it replaced but just get the runaround.

When I was finally able to get a hold of the sales person he told me to get the carpet cleaned (and of course he said to use Claude Browns carpet cleaning service) to see if that would bring the carpet back up. I had them come out and clean it in November and when they were done the carpet was soaked. It was supposed to take 2 days to dry but it was so wet it took over week.

I called and let them know cleaning did not help. The person I needed to talk to was going on a trip and would be gone for a week, but would get a hold of me when he got back in to town. I still have not heard back from that person and that was over a month ago. I will not recommend Claude Browns to anyone and I will be going elsewhere for new carpet.
