Excel Systems, Inc. was founded in Schenectady, New York by R. Eduardo Cubillos in 1992, servicing upstate New York / New England areas. Since its beginning the company has been committed to providing high quality cleaning services in a cost efficient manner. Our main focus is customer satisfaction.
Daily inspections are made by either the Account Supervisor or any other member of the management team. Weekly Progress Report - A condensed review of all the weekly activities (Account Supervisor). Monthly Control Inspections - These are inspections during day time activities on a scheduled basis with the customer.
Our training program is designated to include the training of all cleaning personnel. We provide re-training for experienced employees as well as orientation training for new hires. The training program for new workers consist of ten hours of technical classroom instruction sessions conducted by supervisory personnel; divided into five days - two hour daily sessions.
