I have always used their services with no issues until one day. I received a text about a duvet offer they were doing. I dropped off my duvet and told the cashier I was specifically considering taking advantage of that offer. To my surprise, when I picked up my duvet, I was told the offer was not valid and I should pay the total price. No one listened, even the owner on the phone--just a terrible experience for my family. Just be careful about their offers and customer service.

I have been getting my dress clothes and household items dry cleaned at Lan's Lapels for several years now. My items are always ready on or before the date I am told when I drop them off. Lan and Angel are both very nice and friendly and always greet me with a smile. I highly recommend Lan's Lapels!

Just signed up for this service but I am already so impressed! I'm using the pickup/ drop off laundry service and they've already exceeded my expectations by getting my first batch turned around faster than anticipated! I went In there Wednesday and all my questions were answered! What a great group at the North Andover location! I'm looking forward to continuing this relationship.

Amazing Service. Had my dry cleaning for over 120 days without thinking, I know bad on my part lol But they emailed me notifying me to pick up my order before they donate it. I really appreciate them contacting me because any other dry cleaning place would just donate it without contacting me. I love how the remove any stains without damaging my clothes. Very affordable, and the price is great!

This is not the place it used to be. It is under new ownership and staff has turned over - not as friendly and customer service is much different now. I have had to wait multiple times at the drive thru (they say they did not hear the bell - I don't believe it. never had that problem all the years it was The Cleaner Spot) on the hunt for a new cleaner - will be checking out yelp reviews!

I had planned to use my own steamer on my wedding dress, but the day before my wedding it stopped working! I didn't think a travel steamer from a box store could handle the job (I had traveled from Chicago with it and it was pretty wrinkled), so in a panic I called The Cleaner Spot and they absolutely saved me. They took my dress around 1pm and promised to have it ready at 9am the next morning.
And sure enough, it was ready. I found out that they don't usually deliver in the morning, but that they did one just for me and my dress. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and cheerful, and everyone knew about "the wedding dress" and was eager to help. To top it all off, the press pricing was so affordable, even with rush service added. (I was ready to pay much more!) I cannot be more grateful. Thank you so much, The Cleaner Spot!
And sure enough, it was ready. I found out that they don't usually deliver in the morning, but that they did one just for me and my dress. I don't want to take my cleaning anywhere else! My family has been longtime regulars at Anton's Cleaners, but the past few years our experiences haven't been great, regardless of location. Clothing was coming back dusted with lint, sweaters and skirts had creases and looked like they were never cleaned in the first place. The Cleaner Spot is *immaculate* - everything I've taken here from heavy-duty winter coats to dainty, delicate dresses comes back looking top-notch.
Service is dependable and fast, the prices are fair. On a separate note, I'm also smitten with their tailoring services. The on-site tailor is spectacular, and she does the tidiest job I've seen. I've had my clothes tailored at several other locations in Tewksbury and Andover, and the work can't hold a candle to the tailoring I had done here.
Even more complicated alterations came back looking flawless. I'd never ever have known it didn't come off the clothing rack like that. I personally haven't experienced any issues with customer service. Maybe I'm going at less busy times of the day? The staff has been friendly and professional each time. I had a skirt that was accidentally sent off to get pressed and unfortunately the colors ran.
I received a personal phone call letting me know about the accident and to discuss reimbursement. I've had clothing damaged at Anton's but it was never treated that professionally. By the way, the interior is a real treat. How many dry cleaners have cozy seats and little coffee machines? I've never been in such a welcoming dry cleaners. Usually they're stuffy and gross - you just want to drop off your stuff and leave, so this was a pleasant surprise.

I give them 5 stars for cleanliness of store, finished work (on my down comforter - only item brought in), and half-way reasonable price. Minus one star because many of the rates are not posted on their website or inside the store. Minus another star because I went to pick up about 1.5 hours after the item's *promised* return time and was told it was "still in the shop".
What the heck does that mean? I didn't send it to a shop, did I? The person at the desk seemed confused when I was actually expecting my comforter back, but then confirmed my phone number and promised to call me when it was ready for pick up. The next day I get the call, which is great - I won't have to call them daily to check to make sure they haven't lost my item. Phew.
I go in around the same time as the previous day and pick up my item. I wasn't expecting to pay full price for an item that was not ready for me on time. There was no indication in the "terms" on my receipt that noted that late items would still pay full price. So, I was disappointed in wasting time and gas on three visits for one comforter.

Since they've opened, my husband and I have been going to The Cleaner Spot. I agree that Carmen is nice. We've used them numerous times, including preserving my wedding dress. We use them so much, I really don't keep track of all the clothes we drop off and pick up. I've never had an issue with picking items up until recently. They had given us a laundry bag for convenience of dropping off.
I noticed the laundry bag was missing, and my husband went to pick up the bag and clothes that must be waiting for pickup. He also dropped off some clothes at this time. He came back, stating that the bag wasn't there. I thoroughly searched our house and couldn't find it. Days later, he went to pick up his clothes that he had dropped off earlier and in addition he also received the laundry bag and a dress I had dropped off approximately 2 months ago.
This was aggravating. Then I found that a button had fallen off of the sleeve during cleaning, and they pinned it to the front of the silk dress, putting a hole in it! Why would someone pin a silk dress, never mind the front of it! I would expect a phone call stating the button had fallen off, or at least to be notified during pickup. I'm sad to say that from now on, we'll be going across the street to Anton's.

I agree with many points in Deb O's review- Carmen the owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. However it seems his staff turnover is high and hence the long lines. I understand that's common problem for any business, but not getting your clothes on time has been extremely frustrating. Their promises of same day or next day pick up has fallen through on multiple occasions. I've also noticed that my clothes have shrunk-and I am not talking about a new items, this was a blazer which I've had for years and always dry cleaned. The shop does have a tailor on site. Another perk is that The Cleaner Spot does offer Loyalty points- $5 off coupon with every $50 that you spend (I think it's $50).

This is by far one of the best dry cleaners in the area! First of all, the level of customer service is beyond 5 star! I use the Cleaner Spot Valet service at my office in Woburn and as a professional with a very busy schedule I could not be happier with the attention to detail and the convenience. Their tailor even comes to my office when I'm too busy to go to them! Service is this company's middle name.
