Wondering how to add a little extra time to your week? How about eliminating the need to run to the cleaners. Natick Cleaners will pick-up and deliver your cleaning to your home, office or apartment. Your clothes will be dry cleaned in our environmentally friendly dry cleaning solvent that is odorless, bio-degradable, and gentle on your clothes.
Discuss ANY stains with your dry cleaner. Be especially sure to point out light-colored or invisible spills such as from soft drinks or white wine. These stains contain sugar, which can caramelize and turn brown with the heat of drying unless flushed out before dry cleaning. Avoid letting your garments come in contact with products containing alcohol such as perfumes, hair spray, colognes and lotions.

Jenn S's review nailed it! The price quoted on the receipt they give you may not be what they expect you to pay at pick-up. If you are going to charge more, you call the customer first to confirm! Common sense, customer service 101. Never blindside somebody. This isn't an estimate for major house work, it's dry cleaning. Keep it simple. This concept seemed to be lost on management. I can't subscribe to this. Say goodbye to another customer. Hope it was worth it in the end.

This place has horrible customer service and ruined several of my white blouses (turned yellow). I spend well over $100/mo in drying cleaning. The last few times I dropped something off, there has been an issue - from the amount and items on the slip being different from when I pick up - to charging me extra for shirt laundering because they are 'ladies' shirts as opposed to men's.
When I complained they didn't give a damn - not even an apology for changing the price. I will be taking my business elsewhere and letting everyone I know in the area NOT to use them!

These guys are reasonably priced, friendly and do a great job. I've only had pants and suit jackets done, but my wife has done everything from comforters to dresses to coats. She even had her wedding dress "preserved" and it came out well (I presume, as it is encapsulated in a box that you're not supposed to open haha). They are quick, affordable and friendly - if you're in Natick, there is no reason not to go here for your dry cleaning needs. Highly recommended.
