I am very pleased with the "Clean Team" & the way they clean my carpets! I have used this company for the past three years. The receptionist, Nicole is great! When booking an appointment it is so nice to speak to a friendly & professional person! She tells u exactly what the cost will be! The workers arrive on time & I get a text telling me that they are on route!
I usually have one of the same workers that came before. The workers are professional & personable & know just what to do! They answer any questions that I may have before starting the job! I have a dog, so I always get the pet service which takes out any stains on the carpet. Even though the price for the job has gone up a bit, I still think it is a reasonable price for the services! I used the clean team for the first time this weekend. I had 5 areas cleaned. It took the guy 35 minutes! When i looked at the rugs they were wet but not cleaned. Simple stains didn't come out. I had the man look at the rugs and showed him some of the stains and really didn't get any where with it. I got on my hands and knees and took a cloth and was able to get the stains out. Very disappointed and will never use this company again or recommend them to any one.

Service man was polite and quick. I was a bit disappointed in the amount of water left in the rugs and stairs and also with the level of dirt that appears to have remained on the edges (at each side of the stair tread) of each step. I thought that the edges would have dirt lifted easier than the middle of the stairs simply due to the amount of use.
Anyway I have given your name to the realtor (who is a dear friend of mine) even though I am not all that happy with the stairs. If you can give the stairs another go at some point please know that would be very very much appreciated (even if you have to charge me the 2 dollars per stair. I believe there a about 20 all total. It's on the slip :)

If you are reading this, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANING SERVICE! The service was generally bad. They left the carpet with large black stains and my wife paid them anyways! Although they guarantee that they will come and clean the carpets if the customer is not satisfied, this is not the truth. After asking The Clean Team to come back and clean the large stains that they left, I got a rude e-mail from the owner, Mick. Mick let me know that they are not going to come back and clean the carpet and did not believe my story.
He also did not even have the common courtesy to call. I lost my money and had to get another cleaning company to go fix the mistake of this so called "Clean Team". They should be called the dirt team. If you want to leave your carpet dirtier then before their visit, this is a good place to call. If not, AVOID at all costs. Your Welcome:

A nice man from The Clean Team arrived on schedule on February 28, 2011. I paid 180.95 for the service. I know the carpet got wet that day, but not cleaned. The next time I vacuumed was on March 15. I could not believe my eyes. It was as if the carpet was never cleaned, no improvement at all. I filled and emptied the vacuum canister and cleaned the filter 5 times that day.
It took me another 2 weeks (March 28) to bring the bag of dirt I saved for them to the office to prove that the carpet was indeed still terribly dirty. The manager came outside and saw the dirt and agreed that this was not the expected result and he said he would talk to the owner. I didn't hear back. I called one week later ".hey this is the lady with the bag of dirt", he had forgotten to speak to the boss.
I got a call from him today, April 7. He said that if I had called sooner, they might come back and redo the work but all he could offer me was 10% off my next cleaning. I am disappointed that no one got back to me after I went over to the office and proved my case; my carpet was not steam-cleaned as claimed with my show-and-tell bag of dirt, and further disappointed that the Manager at The Clean Team in Peabody, will not make it right.
