I called a week ago and requested a cleaning for my father's place - letting them know he's older and having difficulties getting around, and the conditions he's living in are no good. I also informed them he's a smoker, but that I'm not looking to get rid of any "signs of smoking", just that I need a company to come in and do a deep clean, and then perform weekly maintenance.
This led to a schedule site walkthrough, one week later, so that they can see the conditions first hand and provide me an estimate. The morning of the site walkthrough, I got a call from the company stating, "I can't have 'the girls' around smoke, and I'm not comfortable doing this job." To cancel before even doing the site walkthrough, after a week of it being scheduled, is completely unprofessional.
This completely wasted a week of my time when I was very transparent about my expectations on the initial call. The last post on their facebook page says "Honoring All Veterans". apparently that doesn't apply to Vietnam Veterans who smoke.

My 80 year old mother moved from Northern California to Kelso and hired Neater Maids to clean the house when escrowed closed. She arrived late the day before the movers were due and discovered that Neater Maids did little more than vacuum. When my mom called to complain about the service quality she had received for her $450, they laughed at her and hung up. How can you ever trust a company that would treat an elderly person in this manner. Shame on you Neater Maids. Give my mom back her money!

This is what ALL housecleaning companies should be like. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have engaged this company twice now to do a mass clean on a rental property and they come in with their game faces on, a plan in place and knock it out of the park. Professional, courteous, conscientious and well priced for the exceptional value. Do not look around, these women are THE BEST. (business owner)

Tina who runs NeaterMaids accepted a discounted six month prepaid cash payment in December in return for a surprise gift certificate that I gave my wife as a Christmas gift. Five months in to our arrangement in June, she indicated we had one more prepaid cleaning left. I contacted her and indicated the first cleaning took place in the middle of January and the end of our six month agreement included two more additional bi-weekly cleanings into the middle of July.
After discussing this with Tina on the phone she asked for 24 hours to get back to me. The June cleaning that she agreed we had coming ended in a no show with no notice on a day that my wife had scheduled many outside activities and was forced to cancel those activities and spend the day cleaning for guests arriving that afternoon. We then received a check from Tina covering the missed June cleaning and a notice that she was cancelling our service without further notice and still owes us for our last two house cleanings due us through the middle of July.
Who has time to take some one to court over $135.00 of promised services? We are very disappointed with the way she dealt with us and stopped our service when we did nothing to deserve it.
