I used to work for them. I worked at the location in Green Bay. My boss was crazy always getting snippy about everything. When I got hired there they said I don't have to work any weekends and if I do work weekends it would be every once in a while I ended up working for five months straight without having a day off. Then when I told my boss I didn't want to work weekends anymore they started trying to use the guilt trip on me and threatening me and then having a bad attitude and trying to make me feel bad. Do not work for the Green Bay location it's all drama there and the boss will throw guilt trips at you and make you feel horrible.

If you want to work here you're going to have to be flexible with the schedule, and very pushy with pay raises. If you need to work a specific shift, don't bother. They schedule you where they need you, unless you complain a lot. Starting wage is not very appealing considering the variety of things you would be doing. Anything from dusting walls and countertops, to chemically removing floor finish and reapplying it.
The work is not strenuous, but some of the machinery they use is heavy. They're more than just a carpet-cleaning company. They're very understaffed, but hard-pressed to negotiate pay increases. Pay increase relies on performance reviews given by a specific job lead. Unfortunately, this combo means that the employee responsible for deciding your raise has to take time out of their schedule, which they might not be able to do because they're working a lot of overtime, because they're understaffed.
If you're happy with the pay, show up on time, do what they ask you to do, and bug your bosses for a review once the 90 and days 180 day reviews arrive, you'll be ok. Just that: ok.

During their first contact with me the recruiter asked me for all my personal info such as drivers license number and ssn. I do not give that info over the phone. When i called the home office they basically laughed at me for being protective of my info. I guess they have never heard of identity theft!

This company needs to figure out what is meant to go in the garbage and what should not. Me and my family have had 2 instances where things were taken off of tables at our workplaces and thrown away. Recently something having a set of car keys was thrown away by one of Jack's employees. In all of the cases when I asked for it back the staff make up excuses to not go get it out of the dumpster. I find this criminal robbery and negligence.
