If you are like most homeowners, you don't do windows! This is due to the fact that window cleaning is time intensive and often difficult and/or dangerous to try and do. It typically involves climbing ladders, hanging out of windows and after almost endless hours of work, chances are you'll still have smears and streaks. But by having a courteous, conscientious team of professionals look after this chore for you on a regular schedule, you'll have a year-round sparkle, and be the pride of your neighborhood.
Services
Being an entrepreneurial type of person, it wasn't difficult starting high demand businesses. Simply find some needs and fill 'em. After owning several businesses through the years, I ran across an opportunity to get involved with the residential window cleaning business. People are searching for professional, trustworthy, customer oriented window cleaners who believe in doing quality work.
We hand wash each side of your respective screens with a soft bristle brush using a 100% safe, biodegradable liquid soap and set the screens aside to dry. We begin cleaning the outside of your windows first, employing a soft strip washer and a very concentrated window washing solution that is 100% safe and biodegradable (we support going green.every little bit does help!).
Do they look professional and are they wearing a company uniform? If the window cleaning company is not willing to invest in looking professional, then they're most likely in this for the short term. Unfortunately, there are a lot of part-timers in the window washing world. Require plenty of references.
Your crew today worked magic on our windows & screens, and I'm more than impressed. After the job was done, I struggled to see the screens, and the windows were invisible. Even the sills and tracks were cleaned thoroughly. Both Jimmy and his support technician (never got his name) did an outstanding job!

Don't let the "fantabulous" jargon fool you. Joe the owner is highly unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. The service is filled with up-charges and hidden costs. I was quoted on the phone and asked to get an email stating the price quoted. Joe told me that this is just an estimate to which I replied, "I understand and will not entirely hold you to the price".
In the estimate it's states the work to be performed and then the price. Nowhere did it state that there would be up-charges. In my experience when services are listed with a single price underneath, this is a list of the services provided for a single price. I was told by the technician that I had paint overspray on my windows and it would be an additional charge.
This was one of the items listed in the estimate and it was my understanding that it would be included. When I called Joe to question why I was being charged extra for this his demeanor changed he got totally aggressive (even raised his voice) and was accusing and told me "well that was an old template and you told me you weren't going to hold me to the contract" I informed him that this clearly states services to be provided to which he said, "I can have my guys leave" and abruptly put me on hold.
I hung up because of his bad attitude I couldn't see a amicable resolution in sight. Even with Joe's unprofessional behavior, I decided to pay the up-charge and have his crew complete the job because my wife really wanted the windows cleaned ASAP. After they were finished they said, "oh that wasn't overspray, the windows must've gotten sand blasted at some point which can't be cleaned." They still charged me the up-charge for paint overspray. Cleaning and wiping down of sills as promised was sloppy and not at all thorough.
Something else to mention, part of the job was screen removal and cleaning. We didn't have any screens as we are having them remade. Joe made no concession on the price. Seems like when it benefited him he was all about the charge but would never dream of helping me with the final price when the work load was less than expected. The overall job was only ok. The workers were a bit sketchy and made lots of excuses to why their work was only average. One could easily get the same or better end-result for a cheaper price.

I have use Joe services in the past and was happy. This time i am left so disappointed. Only glass parts of windows are cleaned. The sash and bottom and gaps are not touched. I have called joe three times and sent him pictures, with no positive response. That was most unprofessional response i could get. Well i am not wasting my money and time ever again with MR window cleaning

On April 30th, 2021 we hired Mr. Window Cleaner to wash our windows & screens, clean out our dryer vent and clean a chandelier. The employee who first arrived (I don't remember his name) did an excellent job on the dyer vent, chandelier and windows & screens that he worked on. Later in the day a second employee arrived and went to work on the window exteriors.
I don't have his name either. In the course of his work, the second employee repeatedly scratched the exterior glass on four of our custom Fleetwood sliding doors. (There is a single kitchen sliding door and a three section, fifteen foot wide dining room sliding door set.) When we first spoke with the second employee about the damage to our glass he claimed that there had been calcified residue on the outside of the glass and that had caused the scratches.
If this was the case, why didn't he deal with it in a manner that wouldn't scratch our sliding doors? (This is assuming there ever was any residue on the glass other than the usual dust and dirt.) If there had been bird poop on the windows we would assume that the cleaners would carefully remove it from the glass rather than scraping it across the surface and scratching the glass.
If he couldn't remove said residue in a manner that didn't damage our glass doors, then why didn't he say so? Why didn't he stop the moment the scratching began? Our seven year old son heard the scratching as it was happening and told us about it. To my great shame, I dismissed my son's concerns telling him that this was a professional and he knew what he was doing. Clearly, I was wrong.
If my seven year old son could hear the scratching from inside the house, then the window washer must have heard it as he caused the damage and yet he didn't stop and instead continued to scratch the glass. The second employee next claimed that we had earlier washed our windows with hard water, implying that we were responsible for the scratches. We've never washed our windows with hard water or anything else.
We hire professional window cleaners (Mr. Window Cleaner the past few times) to wash our windows because they presumably know what they're doing and are supposed to clean the glass in a manner that doesn't cause any damage. The previous times Mr. Window Cleaner had cleaned our windows they left our sliding doors spotless and looking brand new.
The same dirt and "residue" would have been on the windows those previous times and yet our glass was never scratched until this most recent appointment on April 30th. Finally, the employee claimed that the scratches had already been there and that we just hadn't noticed them before because the windows were dirty. This is complete nonsense. We look out through these sliding doors into our backyard multiple times every day.
We eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in front of these windows every day. We watch our son and dog play in the backyard through these windows every day and we never saw a single scratch until a few minutes after the window washer had "cleaned" them. I can see these scratches from twenty feet away as I enter the room. I have been in discussions with the sliding doors' manufacturer, installer and a glass repair specialist about the scratches and what, if anything can be done about them.
The latter gave me an initial estimate of at least $3,700 to repair the damage. It is entirely possible that they may be unable to restore the glass to anything remotely close to their prior, undamaged state. All four doors may need to be replaced at great cost and inconvenience. Mr. Window Cleaner's website clearly promises that their professional window cleaning services "will never leave these annoying streaks, nor will the windows appear scratched. Instead, your windows will look as if they're open." Our glass sliding doors in our dining room and kitchen were destroyed by their employee. There are literally dozens of scratches covering the glass on these doors. Mr. Window Cleaner has not responded to my complaints.

These people have been cleaning my windows for almost thirteen years and occasionally I've had friends set me up with other companies. They were okay but not as professional, RELIABLE, efficient and DEPENDABLE as this company. And you can ALWAYS get hold of Joe to schedule your jobs. None of that having to call back or leaving a number and somebody calling you a week later. It's easy. Jose and Jim are the men who do my windows and they are great.

I am a landlord and i have use joe's service a couple of times. So i have asked my tenants to hire him to make sure they are clean. This time, they did such an awful job that i had to put this review so people are aware of quality of work recently. I have called and emailed Joe three times and send him pictures and was hoping that he cares about his business and send someone to fix this very dirty job.
All he responded was that he should have showed him when he was there. Tenants trusted my judgment and hired who I recommend. They cannot go at every window to check his work. so if Joe doesn't care about his business, it definitely deteriorate. You can not leave you business with others to care more about it! It took me about one hour and half and one butter knife to clean the windows. I am posting before and after my cleanings. I leave you to judge. I certainly would not waste my money and time on this crap!

We have used Joe from Mr Window Cleaner since the early 2000. He always has a nice disposition and had a great team of guys that powered thru our large picture windows around the house. We have a lot of glass. I called Joe a few weeks back to schedule a cleaning right before our annual party. He told me he had us in his computer and quoted me the price for the usual job.
We even debated if Friday or Sat we better and he said Friday was a better day time wise. Come Friday one guy shows up with a ladder. We have 5 8x8 foot windows not to mention all the doors on the house our double doors w glass. It would take this man most of the day. When I asked the guy about it he told me "Joe split the crews this morning". When I called Joe he has no explanation and no solution.
Plus I woke him up! He was rude and cranky. He then told me if we cancelled he would charge a fee. We did cancel and had the employee write on the invoice that Joe gave an inaccurate time estimate and only sent one man. All this from a guy who once left you a small bag of candy after they finished the job and would call you with cheery reminders. Now he's just old and cranky. We found someone young and amazing. Ping me if u need a good window guy who charges less and has a crew.

Very disappointed with Mr. Window Cleaner. We had our windows cleaned earlier this week. One of the windows had some paint overspray on it which the technician pointed out to us and he offered to scrape off. After he was gone I noticed that that window had many, many light scratches all over the window. It is especially obvious when the sun is shining through the window.
I called the company to let them know, but they said that since there was no way to prove that their technician caused the scratches that they would not do anything to fix the problem. The window glass is only two years old and definitely was not scratched up before the technician used his tool to scrap the paint overspray off. I am disappointed about the scratches and that company refuses to fix the problem that they caused.

Very unprofessional service. They deleted my comment from their website. They set up an appt then cancelled when I asked them to call me at the gate, the HOA asked we don't give the new gate code out or we will be fined. That's what gate directory intercoms are for but this company can't use that. I've never had someone say they can't work unless they get a code.
I could have made one up. Also they have an odd cancel policy that costs you money even if you need to reschedule. This company or the guy handling appointments lacks any type of customer service skills. They lost my job and the person that referred me is no longer using them after three years. Dumbest call I've had with any vendor and I work in real estate. Stay Away!

Well, it was time to clean my windows again. I usually have them professionally washed every Spring. I called my usual window cleaning service but was dismayed to discover that they had gone out of business. I found Mr. Window Cleaner here on Yelp and thought I'd give them a try since they had a $29 off coupon. Pros: Showed up on time, I've never had this happen before.
Very respectful of my home and furnishings. Very detailed in their cleaning they also cleaned my screens and tracks thoroughly. Got along famously with Hamlet, my dog. Cons: Took a little longer to finish than I expected, but they were quite thorough. Cost a bit more than my last window cleaner but their coupon helped ease my pain. Overall I am very satisfied with their service and will be using them again.

Never called me back after we spoke and I sent him an e-mail with a picture of the windows. Potentially two locations = two large jobs. Fourth company that I have called will poor response. My patience has worn out looking for a window cleaning company with strong appointment follow through. #frustrated

It's companies like these that makes me question the whole yelp concept itself. But I realized they're maybe an outlier, maybe this particular worker was a bad apple, but I'm definitely not willing to try then again next time. He was rude, did a sloppy job and complained about how much work he was doing. Dude this isn't charity work, I'm paying you here.
Best part was that he complained how much junk was on the ground, this is after him climbing onto my roof, then dumping everything from the gutter onto the ground, instead of putting all the leaves and dirt into a bucket like a normal person would. He ended making a huge mess, got crap from the gutter everywhere covering my entire backyard and bbq.
He did a half ass job cleaning up, but not before complaining about it, but he didn't clean all the crap he got on my bbq. Ironically when we called to set up an appointment, the operator sounded pretty professional and even sent a reminder the day prior. We had high hopes, but was sorely let down when we had this schmuck show up and do such a poor job.

VERY disappointed dented and scratched my brand new dryer water spots on brand new hard wood floors dirty water all over bathrooms and damaged new bedding pillows. I would nvr recommend nor use this company again! I called and spoke to owner JOE he was very unprofessional said it was my fault. Looking to seek legal attacks towards this company! Be careful in dealing with this company n with the owner. Owner doesn't take responsibility for his techs/workers puts blame on customers.

The last time I used this service I was very pleased. This time I was extremely disappointed. They did an ok job but dripped dirty water on my carpet. When I called to register my dissatisfaction I was told that I should have checked more carefully before letting the workers leave. No apology. No offer to make it right. Just a lame offer for a discount next time I use this service. Like that's going to happen.

Man, what a let down. The owner, Joe, answered the phone. He was the most unprofessional person I've spoken to in awhile. What a contrast to the reviews I've read regarding his company. Smug is the word and came across disinterested and bored. He probably has too much business and has gotten fat and lazy. Of course, we didn't hire him. Am moving on to someone I want to give my hard earned money to that's professional and appreciates client relationships.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Window Cleaner (and actually already have!) for several of your needs. I first called them because they came up under gutter cleaning, which I needed desperately. Joe was very professional on the found and that's when I found they clean windows and fix screens too. I'm a little embarrassed to say I'd never had the outsides of my upstairs windows cleaned since I moved in to our house 9 years ago (yikes!).
I first scheduled gutter cleaning/debris removal and to fix a few screens, and then once I found out what they could do and their great pricing, I added the window cleaning and the dryer vent cleaning. Mark did a great job cleaning the gutters and debris off my roof and the spiderwebs off the exterior wood of my house; Ryan did a great job cleaning my windows and screens; Larry did great fixing my four torn screens; and Leon did awesome with my dryer vent (and I think supported everything else).
My house looks great now inside and out! And they were all courteous and patient with my ever-barking doggie! Kudos to the team that came and did my house and I'll definitely be calling them at least once a year to tackle it all, all over again.

I was stunned by my interaction with "Mr. Window Cleaner, " especially after reading all of the positive reviews. I called for an estimate for cleaning my fourth floor apartment windows - windows which can be cleaned from the inside by simply removing them. As soon as I let "Mr. Window Cleaner" know that the apartment is on the 4th floor, he became quite "unfriendly." When I asked if he could make a referral (I find it hard believe that he doesn't know is competition), he very rudely remarked that he had no idea. Quite a disappointment. Makes me wish that I had third floor windows so that I could take my business elsewhere. Michael L.

Excellent on all counts. Scheduling was easy. Technicians arrived exactly on time, were extremely detail-oriented, friendly, neat, and knowledgeable. They suggested some additional work which was needed and worthwhile (dryer vent cleaning) and did quick assessments of other areas and were honest if any work was not needed (gutter cleaning). They did not try to sell me additional services that weren't needed just to increase their bill. Honesty like that scores big time in my book.
Best of all, my windows look FANTASTIC! I'm pretty picky, and I couldn't be happier. I have some windows that are very hard to reach (third story on a hillside) and every inch of every window looked flawless by the time they left. Clean windows make such a big difference when they're done right--and these guys do it RIGHT. They're awesome.

Mr. Window Cleaner is an awesome, FRIENDLY, professional service. They arrived on time, did exactly what they said that they would do (for less than I thought it would be!), and even left us a cute little gift box. The washers were friendly and excellent. I have a 2nd and 3rd story condo, and they handled the height beautifully. Bravo! Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

What a great experience. This is my first time ever having to use a gutter cleaner because we recently purchased a home that was neglected. So I went on Yelp to find someone to help us. I found Mr Window Cleaner and also bought a yelp discount offer that gave me $25 back! They arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned every gutter and explained to me how much dirt and leaves were in my gutters.
The price of the service was very reasonable and at the end, one of the service men called Joe himself and let me talk to him personally about my experience. After I hung up they gave me a gift box but I had to call a number before I opened it. Once I dailed the number there was a recording of Joe Thanking me again. for being a customer. The box had a special treat in it!
Thanks Joe! I admire humility and hard work. I would recommend these guys based on top quality service and they care about their clients experience. I have never had a company show they care so much. an absolutely new experience for. Me thank you!

Mr Window Cleaner is fantastic! I hired them to clean my windows a few months back and forgot all about it. The day before the appointment they called AND emailed a reminder which was a good thing. On appointment day, they showed up exactly on time (and I am all the way in Burbank) a crew of about 5 guys. VERY neat and tidy, extremely polite. They did a walk through before the job and provided an estimate which was well within my budget.
They did all of my windows (and i have A LOT of windows) and walked me through afterwards for me to inspect all of their work. The price was exactly as expected (no "hidden" fees) and my windows are so clean, it's like they are not there. I recommended these guys to my mom, they are so good. This guy Joe really seems to get the customer service thing. I don't need to look for another window cleaner ever.
