From Christine who took the information and set up the appointment to Ramez who came out the service was the best! So awesome to find a company who takes pride in their work! Perfection was their goal and they exceeded expectations! I will use them and refer them without hesitation. Not often I can or will do that!

I recently repainted a room but did not lay down plastic when I did the ceiling. (Yeah, dumb.) I had spots all over the place and tried to get a few out on my own with little success. Had closed on a house and didn't have a lot of time to get the carpets cleaned before move in day. Ultimate Carpet Care was able to come out on a weekday after 5:30 to take care of my carpets. They did an amazing job and the price was so affordable- will definitely hire these guys in the future and refer them to friends and family!

This company came highly recommended from my daughter so I thought I would try them. My carpets hadn't been professional cleaned for a few years. We had pet stains on a white carpet in our living room that I was never able to get out. I have a 4 bedroom house with dining room, family room and living room as well as carpeted stairs and hallway. The price I was quoted was more than reasonable and my exceptions were met and exceeded.

Used Ultimate Carpet Care for the first time today and LOVED IT. They were on-time, I was running a little late, but they were super professional and waited till I got to my new home. My white sofa had a horrible stain following my grandson getting "butt paste" all over it. We are getting ready to move and asked for Ultimate Carpet Care to work a miracle with the playdoh/slime infested shags we called carpet and boy, did they deliver! Not only does our carpet look amazing, Ramez was so professional and helpful. He knew our kids were "virtually" learning so he tried his best to be quiet during the process and made sure to do their rooms last, after they were finished with class. Ultimate Carpet Care did an excellent job! Ramez came to inspect my carpet to see if it could be stretch since my dog destroyed it and told me I would have to patch it.
