They rescheduled a few times, the lady came 30min late (The company also never explained that the ladies would not necessarily show up on time.) she didn't clean the house well, mind you I paid for a deep cleaning. she left a lot of things uncleaned or semi cleaned. I am very disappointed in this company. I was hoping they would be my monthly cleaning crew but I guess not. I DO NOT recommend this company.

From start to finish terrible experience. Agreed to 1-4 move out cleaning. My wife waited there with my children and they did not show up until 1:45, no apology. Admittedly, the water company made a mistake an turned off the water to the house 1 day early. We called them and let them know, and they said it would be tricky but they could still clean.
Since there was no water, I didn't expect a great overall cleaning, and planned to come today to do some touch ups, since today was the last day on our lease. When I arrived it was like nobody even bothered cleaning. The two things that I could tell were done was that the house was sweeped and one of the showers was cleaned. All counters, all toilets, sinks, master shower, floors, baseboards, inside of cabinets and drawers, and windows (which we paid extra for) were not cleaned.
I spent four hours cleaning what I had already paid 258 to clean, plus a $100 tip that I had sent as an apology for not having water. I contacted the company to let them know that I was not satisfied. They originally asked to send the crew back out, which I declined as I had already cleaned what I hired them to do. I then asked that if I was charged additional cleaning fees by the property management team, that they refund me that portion of the fees I had paid them.
After negative responses, I then requested a refund of the base rate. The company then began accusing me of expecting people to work for free (basically accusing me of requesting slavery?) and then stated that I was trying to "rip off poor Mexicans of their hard work, their only livelihood". Really? I never saw a single person who cleaned my house, and surprise, I am Mexican!
Such unprofessional and insulting behavior from a company. Avoid this company at all costs! Edit: to your reply sir. There have been no lies. I posted our entire conversation in pictures for everybody to read.

Not great. The ladies were nice enough but the "deep clean" didn't live up to it's name. I asked them to do specific things (like clean inside the cupboard where the trash is, and clean the shower head) which were not done. The company also never explained that the ladies would not necessarily show up on time. They showed up about 45 min after my scheduled appointment time, and I was later told that the 3 hour window I was given is when I should expect them to show up. Wouldn't have been a problem if I knew this beforehand. With all of the cleaning services out there, I wouldn't settle.

I requested a deep cleaning and outlined exactly what I wanted done. I requested baseboards to be cleaned furniture to be moved, vacuumed, and mopped under, blinds to be dusted, fridge to be cleaned inside and out, windows to be clean inside and out, and assumed all carpeting would be vacuumed as well (since this was a deep cleaning). However what I received was a standard cleaning service and when I reached out to the owner of the company and sent pictures detailing exactly the kind of service I had received all he said was that he should've charged me full price.
They missed debris on the floor, they missed spots on the kitchen cabinets, they left a horrible residue on my oven that I now have to clean, they didn't clean or Windex any glass or mirrors or windows, and they straight up lied when they said they vacuumed one of the carpets. I will not be using their services again.

I went with this company because they gave me the lowest quote for a move in/out clean. I guess you get what you pay for. We ended up spending the next full day cleaning ourselves because they did not do a thorough job. Appliances weren't cleaned, inside cabinets and closet shelves were not cleaned, blinds were not wiped down. If you do go with this company just make sure you do a thorough walk through at the end before paying.
