John is amazing! He is so attentive to detail and did a walk-through of the entire house with me before he started to cleaning, to ensure that he'd seen all the spots I was concerned about. I subcontracted Custom Carpets (John Drenski) through Houndstooth Carpet Cleaners. I paid for the "whole house" special. I have to be honest, my carpets now look the exact same as they did before!l. It seems all he does is gloss over them with HOT water. There are obviously no cleaning chemicals involved because my carpets are still dingy and dirty and they are only 3 years old.
I had to point out specific spots to him to go back over. Once he spent an extra 10 seconds on each spot, they came up. Why didn't he spend the few extra minutes the first time to clean them. I shouldn't have had to tell him to go back over them. He only seemed to want to hurry and get to his next job. John is a nice guy but he needs to step it up and use more than just hot water when he cleans. Very disappointed with the results and would NOT recommended.

John is excellent! Great customer service, great pricing! Fast and efficient! Both times he came to our house he was on time! And by on time I mean 5 minutes before appointment time! So you know when he says 8:00am he means it! He cleaned my grandparents house and I was so impressed with his customer service and professional appearance, I decided to give him a try!
He has a very clean, well maintained vehicle, dressed in uniform, very organized, all around excellent experience! The price is HANDS DOWN unbeatable. We have two cats and he was very conscious about letting me know the door would be open to allow for his equipment to be used and even notified me when one of the cats ran down the stairs to alert me to watch for an attempted escape. Very satisfied, and I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. A guy name John comes to my house to clean the carpets. We have dogs and cats and unfortunately they have accidents and the carpet is a mess. This guy John keeps going on and on about how bad the carpets are to the point of being rude. No sh*t the carpets are in bad shape, that's why we hired you. Then he asks if I had any kids, I told him no and asked him why that matters.
His said our house was a unhealthy place for kids because the carpets are so bad and that he would call DFCS if we had kids. WTF! I told him to keep those comments to himself and he replied with "I've done it before". I told him to get the F*CK out of my house and that I was not paying him for anything. As I watched him load up his van I said it's not good business to insult your customers.
His reply was "Sometimes the truth hurts". What the hell was his problem? There is nothing wrong with my house for children. Stay Away! We actually called Houndstooth Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning (770) 326-6244, and they sent this awful person. Houndstooth Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is trying to make this right with us, so we'll see what happens.
