Daniel was the first one to contact me after asking five total companies for quotes the evening before. He scheduled a consultation the next morning, showed up on time, was very friendly, personable, professional and his prices were fair. (Only one other company got back to me with quotes and was 1/3 higher.) My job was completed in less than a week and Daniel And his helper went above and beyond to move furniture around to place the carpet back where it was.
I also had them clean my carpeted stairs which saved me a lot of money because I was going to have it replaced. He was lovely to work with and I will definitely have him back to do more services in the future.

I've used Global twice now for water damages following sump pump failures during floods. The first time I had carpet and the second time I had a tile floor. Both times, my drywall needed to be partly cut out and the area thoroughly dried for several days. Daniel - very professional and a genuinely nice man - was very quick to respond, very thorough in his work, and offered additional advice to improve the water situation at my home. Their prices are very reasonable and I recommend them very highly.

Daniel and his team came as fast as they could to take care of my water damage emergency, they used a lot of professional machines to extract the water and dry the structure, what really impressed me was his neatness. And also i can never be more thankful for my upholstery and rugs cleaning, at first i thought that the price was too high but to after the job completion i was speechless i will highly recommend global carpet cleaning to all those who need a good and professional job

I was very impressed with his work. The carpet had many stains due to a very rambunctious 2 year old and he was able to get them all out. Him and his team were very friendly and finished in a very short time as well. He will be coming back to clean our furniture in about a month. Definitely Will be using global carpet for all my upholstery needs in the future. 5 star work.

Not trustworthy. The bathroom and the kitchen sink were also included in the payment, but they haven't touched them. I had to pay for others actually who work well before the tenants moved in. I left to bring them cash while they were cleaning. When I came back they told me they're done. I believed them but they havent been in the bathroom or in the kitchen at all. The worst experience.
