Always prompt, respectful, provides good explanation of what is going to be done and answers any questions I have. I have used Fiber-Seal going on 25+ years and really appreciate their services. I always have any new furniture sealed and continue on a yearly basis with cleaning and resealing. Prices as good (competitive with rest of market) and they have been doing this far longer than most companies. I have always dealt with the owner of the company and she is very knowledgeable and nice.

Fiberseal is an excellent product that always helps to keeps my clients furnishings fresh looking. I have them treated for protection the day it is installed and then if anything gets spilled on the furniture, rug or carpet. the issue can easily be cleaned up because they were protected before the problem. Had one rug I wanted to have sealed, and another just cleaned. They were incredibly accommodating with my schedule and sent a reminder before they arrived. The tech was very polite and professional, and the treatment took less 20 minutes to complete. He walked me through instructions on how to use their at-home care package that they leave with new clients, which was very helpful. They took the other rug offsite to clean and will deliver it back later in the week. Very happy with the team and the service!
