Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

Not great. We had some stains and dirty spots that needed to get removed, but we can still see them. The equipment they used was not like the pros we've used before. Other guys have industrial size vacuums built into the van, this dude had a shop vac from home depot.

Collin came out and cleaned 5 rooms for us. The carpet is some years old, so I didn’t have high expectations for some areas that are in the walk paths. The carpet looks and smells amazing! I definitely recommend Heavens Best.

They cleaned carpets/Settees throughout the house and they look and feel like brand new. Service end to end was unbelievable. (Quote to clean) Nothing was an issue whatever we asked. The service was recommended to us by friends.

I was parked today in Riverfront Park dropping off meds to an elderly resident at Balfour Retirement Community. I ran in, ran out and as I approached my car, i noticed a guy getting out of a Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning Van who had parked behind me so close that it was going to be very tricky to get out of the spot. I said to him as I walked by "Hi--you are parked super close to me it's going to be hard to get out".

He laughed out loud and said -"yeah, so". There was at least 4 feet behind him and he could have very easily moved back--or not pulled in so close to begin with. I managed to get out of the spot just fine. As an owner of 4 rental units in LODO and 2 in LOHI--all with carpet--whose laughing now? With so much competition in the carpet cleaning space, you'd think companies like Heaven's Best would hire people with basic manners that had the capacity to treat people with respect. Do you want people like this guy in your house? SRSLY.

We were able to set an appointment with short notice. Jacob and his employee showed up on time and did a fantastic job getting stains out, I believed were permanently embedded. I would not hesitate to contact him again for my carpet clean needs. Mahalo bruddah Jacob

Great customer service and they do awesome work! We hired them to clean the carpets and general cleaning when we moved out of our old place. Very convenient to have one company do both jobs for us. They did a very thorough job. I highly recommend them!

Heaven's Best did a fabulous job cleaning our carpet. Especially in Hawaii where it tends to be humid, we loved the fact that they use a quick drying system. We also felt good about their non-toxic solutions since we have both children and pets in our home. The workers were very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend their services.

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning has cleaned our offices and our home and my friend's offices and homes and have been extremely happy with the quality of the carpet cleaning and the price. Our office had dark coffee stains and they were able to get the stains out. Carpets dried in about an hour and there was no steam nor water used and no smell. The chemicals used to clean the carpet was green and non-toxic to pets and humans. Wonderful workers, courteous and on time

Heaven's Best really is the best! I've used multiple carpet cleaners and these guys are the real deal. They show up on time. They're polite and professional. I am usually worried about letting people into my home but Yuuki and Jason were great. The best part is that my carpet wasn't soaked for hours and hours. I didnt need to run fans to have my carpet dry and it didn't get that wet smell. There were also some makeup stains that I've gave up on but somehow they got those stains out! My carpet has never looked so good!

Didn't even show up to the schedule appointment! I have been very pleased with the Heaven's Best chain here in Pueblo for several years. Unfortunately, I was shocked at Steve's unprofessionalism. He rarely answers his phone and doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner. To top it off, he didn't even show up for our scheduled appointment. Steve knew I was driving up from Pueblo but didn't have the courtesy to show up, call me to tell me he wouldn't make it, nor call me back when I left him a message. Don't waste your time, call another company!

They never showed up, twice! We had an appt for Monday at 1 which they called and cancelled at 11. I called back and rescheduled for Tues at 5, we had to shorten our family day to make it back in time and they didn't show/ didn't call.

Steve just completed the carpet cleaning at our home and it looks and smells great! He showed up at exactly the time promised, he stood by his quote and was very professional. I am pleased to say that I have found a carpet cleaning company I can depend on.

Very happy with the cleaning and professionalism from Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning. They showed up about 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment and did fantastic job cleaning my living room and stairs. Carpet was completely dry in about an hour. Would definitely use them again.

Fast, friendly, and did great work. I'm always leery of carpet cleaners but they did a great job and were even able to remove several tough stains I had. I had them clean a condo I recently purchased before I moved in.

Got us in quick, worked hard, and was very polite. Did a good job. The cleaning wasn't perfect, but I don't know that I can blame Heaven's Best for that -- my carpet is pretty worn out. Overall, I was very satisfied.
