Critical: Professionalism Arrowhead Cleaners charged twice as much as the original quote and was a week late finishing the cleaning. The quality of the cleaning was fine, but the customer service was poor at best.

A seamstress gave me a quote when I went in for a fitting. I go in to pick up the dress and it is DOUBLE the price what I was quoted. The manager was unwilling to even dialogue about the issue. They didn't apologize or take ownership, just shrugged it off unwilling to discuss further. Extremely disappointed. NEVER going back. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere honest and willing to make amends when they've made a mistake.

I get my alterations done here and they have been GREAT. The price is especially good because I tried another place (just because it was closer to my house) and they were outrageously priced. So go to Arrowhead if you want great alterations for a low price. The main girl is also good at giving fashion advice and will help you with alteration decisions.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lost my shirt, lied about it, and charged me anyway. They obviously don't need your business. Go elsewhere. Not recommended. Go to Turritos instead.

Absolutely terrible service. My jacket was finally done almost 2 weeks after I took it in, a week later than the date promised. When I went in to finally pick it up I tried to explain to the girl at the desk why I was upset she rudely cut me off and told me I should be happy that I at least have my jacket. I will never be back and neither will my family.
