Critical: Professionalism A guy who works for this company was paid to clean my bedroom carpet. A short guy with a missing tooth. I express to him what rooms needed to cleaned and he handled the situation unprofessional. He completely ignored me and left to smoke a cigarette. Horrible customer service. I'm a renter and the carpet wasn't cleaned before I moved in not that it needed it or even looked dirty. But after a year I decided to have them cleaned, and they looked amazing after they were done. The guys were super nice and the price was great!

Needless to say with little kids we get a lot of stains on our carpets. So far I have used Prestige Carpet Care four times over the years and each and everytime they impress leaving my carpet looking and smelling better than new. See you again soon!
