The team at Stanley Restoration was fabulous and very professional! David and Richard were responsive, resourceful, friendly and great problem solvers. Ana and her team unpacked and put everything back in our house exactly as it was before we moved.and they did it in half the time expected! Stanley Restoration was PHENOMENAL! No one ever plans on having to call a company for a situation like we had, but we are so thankful to have had them help us out. We had water damage in our living room and garage. We called late on a Sunday evening and Jay was there within the hour. Two days later Jay and Anthony came back to start tearing out what was needed to begin the drying process.
Their communication was spot on and professionalism was top notch! Rebecca was super helpful in explaining the entire mitigation and repair process. Harold and Andy came out several times to check on the drying process and kept me very informed each day. This post is to express our thanks and appreciation to Stanley and specifically to Brenda, Elsa, Maria, and Raquel. This Stanley Crew did a great job yesterday and today with a thorough cleaning of our master bedroom, master bathroom, dining room, office, kitchen and den. (The massive cleaning effort was required because of extreme water damage in those rooms when a lightning strike on our house in February 2021 caused a two-inch flooding of water). Restoration was completed early this week and the Stanley Crew spent the last two days (14 and 15 April 2022) cleaning every inch of the walls and floors.
We mean "every inch" literally. Brenda, Elsa, Maria, and Raquel cleaned every inch of the walls, cabinets, counters, tables, furniture, windows, blinds, and floors of the six rooms mentioned above. They did a marvelous, thorough job and again we appreciate and thank them and Stanley.

We experienced a kitchen fire that left our family displaced. We were already in transition to move to another city within North Texas when the fire happened. The moving crew led by Scot from Stanley including, CJ, Jose, Calvin, Jon and Sam were polite, professional and extremely careful while bringing our furniture and contents back safely to our new temporary housing and they did it all on a SATURDAY to accommodate our family's needs. They went the extra mile and did it with humility and an eagerness to be the best movers we've ever experienced! Huge thank you and recommendation to This Moving Crew!
