The carpet in my house is 15 years old and has flooded 3 times, but replacing it is not an option at this time. They were super stinky and unsanitary. Sean came and worked miracles! Not only is the odor gone, but you can see the original color of the carpet! Sean went above and beyond to help me. Not only is he a knowledgeable, skilled professional, but he is a wonderful person. Dale the owner did an amazing job on cleaning our bedroom carpets and the stairs of our home we were moving out of. He was on time, organized, friendly and truly cares about his customers and handling there specific needs. We had a small spot reappear after a few days of the carpet drying and when I contacted him he went over the same day and took care of it.

It is not uncommon after a deep clean for this to happen because it basically had pulled an old pet stain to the service so it was treated right away and looks great. He had explained in advance that this was a possibility and if it happened just to give him a call. I plan to hire him again to help keep our new home maintained as needed. He's truly a great man!

AMAZING! Moving to Dallas from Chicago with a toddler to a home with pet urinated carpets, we knew we had to get our carpets cleaned asap! I called around for quotes and was priced $300-$500 for our entire 2nd floor. Some companies wanted to charge pet stain treatment PER ROOM! I found Genesis and was intitially a little skeptical of buying and scheduling a carpet cleaning service online without speaking to anyone. Well, we gave it a go. Paid under $250 for our whole upstairs for clean, sanitize and pet stain.

The guys showed up early, with smiles and a readiness to work. After seeing our bonus room was filled with boxes, and it didn't make sense to clean at the time.the guys were completely willing to exchange our bonus room for dining/living room combo for an even swap. No upsell, and they even did extra than what I had purchased. Not to mention, they also gave me many home referrals such as contractor and handy man. In the end, my white carpet couldn't be cleaner, my house couldn't smell nicer and my carpets were dry that evening. Can't wait to use these guys again.

Had nothing but raving greatness about this awesome company!. He's local in Mckinney and didn't have to wait for him coming from Dallas. Richard called me to ask and come over 30 minutes early. Yes please! They were in and out in less than 45 minutes and sparkled my carpets. My allergies have calmed down at home since the cleaning. I liked the most that I was able to use the straightforward a-la-cart options to meet the $84 minimum while ordering online and able to pay online too.

Once at my house there was no pressure of haggling and harassing for up-selling his business as former carpet cleaners has done to me. A must recommend for your carpet cleaning. Thank you!

I had a great experience with this carpet cleaning company! They arrived right on time and got started, and within an hour and a half they were done. I had four rooms cleaned, with a pet treatment, and my carpets look and smell like new even though I waited three years to get them cleaned. I also liked the booking system--I paid online and chose my time slot, and then the business sent me a Google invite to accept and a follow-up reminder as well.

And as an added bonus, Gensis was considerably less expensive than the other companies I considered. I will definitely use them again when it comes time to clean my carpets. They were also very friendly!

We highly recommend Genesis! They cleaned our carpets today, and couldn't be happier. We were able to select the areas to clean, pay, and schedule our appointment through their website. Richard and his team showed up on time, did a great job, and focused on the trouble spots we pointed out.

Great experience, we prepaid online and got all of our carpeted areas for under $100 dollars. No pop up additional charges. They showed up on time, which after having contractors constantly showing up late over the past few weeks, that was refreshing! The carpets looked great after they were done. Richard was professional and courteous. We will refer them to others for sure!

We had a leak from an outside faucet that flooded a bedroom. I called Richard, (who came recommended from another carpet cleaning company) at 4:30 pm and he rushed over to assess the situation. It turns out that he brought good news too! Our walls, baseboards were not water damaged and having to pull the carpet back to run fans, is all that was needed to encourage the drying process. It is so refreshing to know that honest, attentive and knowledgable companies still exist.

I am SO using these guys again! Richard and his dad (also named Richard) did an excellent job on our carpets and sectional. We have two big dogs, and they really spent the time to spot treat and go over all the problem areas, and were diligent about getting to all the hair and grime. Will definitely use them again, and without hesitation will refer my friends/family to them when they need their carpets cleaned, too.

I get so excited when I find a reliable, friendly, professional company who does an excellent job at what they do (which is harder and harder to come by these days). So when I come across a really good one like this, I want to shout it from the rooftops! :) Seriously, though, they were great, and their prices are totally reasonable and far less than the "big guys" like Dalworth, Stanley, etc. Thanks Genesis. My house looks so pretty now!
