In response to the owner. -Called you, got a quote, shopped around and went with a different company, and you folks kept calling/emailing even after I said I wasn't going to do business with you. Like I said Desperation is not a good look. And before you say anything this email was not the company email I used to contact you.- Requested a quote, went with another company. Didn't stop receiving phone calls and emails for weeks. Desperation is not a good look.

I needed my carpets cleaned after doing major work to my home. Contacted Joe and he was there the next day. Did a GREAT job getting all the stains and dirt off my carpets. I would absolutely recommend UnitedCleaning to anyone who needs cleaning.

Great service and very reliable. Italian/Irish Family owned and operated by Joe and Shelly Peluso. They are always pleasant and super nice people who seem genuine and take pride in their work. Have known them for many years and highly recommend them!

**EDIT** yes I do believe you deserve the one star review because my fiance did call 2 days ago and tell you and he also left a 1 star review about it 2 days ago to tell you and then it somehow is deleted and not by him. HOW DO YOU KNOW IT WAS 2 DAYS AGO IF WE NEVER CONTACTED YOU?! Also when normal people realize they're in the wrong lane and in the turn only, they take the turn and then figure it out from there!

Normal drivers do so as not to endanger others' lives by driving iradically and irresponsibly. Dangerous drivers on the road, dont understand what a turn only lane means and decides doesn't apply to them anyways. Careful out there or you could end up with a deductible to pay cause doesn't look like she would have been willing to stop or admit fault.

Shelly and Joe are fantastic people. They have been cleaning my office for years now, and I look forward to them coming every week. They are down to earth, funny, sociable, and they leave the office in pristine condition. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a service like this. I have to respond to Kells Bells comment about this whole driving incident.

What a shame that you feel entitled enough to mess with someone's lively hood because of simple 30 second mistake they may have made? We all have made a mistake on the road. If you say haven't, you're wrong. Who are you to call them out like this? This shows just how entitled and adolescent you are that you can't just let things be and go on with your life. Does it feel good to call people out like this?

Or are you so bitter and miserable with your life that you feel the need to take people down with you? It's embarrassing, honestly, to read your review. You are the epitome of what this world is coming to: A bunch of whiny, entitled people who don't think about the consequences of their words and actions. It's sad, really. IF you gave them a bad review about their work, I wouldn't be writing this.

But I just can't see how you can bash a whole company for something that doesn't directly relate to the job they do. It's like a restaurant server going on to a doctor's google site and bashing the company because they didn't tip them well. It just doesn't make sense. These things are mutually exclusive. would you like it if someone wrote an awful review about you and your work if you got into a meaningless accident outside of work? Please, next time just think for a second before you post things on these sites.

People have bad days, and people sometimes make a mistake. Even you, Kells. take a bit of time to see if it's really worth the pain that the other person may suffer for your rant that could have been dealt with on the road and finished there. To recap: Joe and Shelly are great people that do great at there job. Some people take things too far and feel the need to expose a mistake to intentionally hurt others. It's not cool. We all have to get along. No better time than now.

We use UnitedCleaning.com at the company I work for. The owners Joe and Shelley show up every week. They always do a great job and they are both a genuine pleasure to deal with. I was really surprised to see the negative reviews but upon further investigation it appears that there is another United Cleaning that has a nasty habit of robocalling. I can't comment about them but the UnitedCleaning.com company that I deal with is great!

My building says "no solicitation" on it. young girl working for it tries getting by pushing her way in. did not work i know who lives in my building. she tells me she works for united cleaning co. and is going around to the elderly to offer free first time cleaning services. this is a scam to target the older residents. they are scam artist and robo callers. i have received several phone calls today. the guys name is Mat Moore.

We are not the United Cleaning out of Arlington, MA that is robo-calling everyone. We are UnitedCleaning.com, Inc. out of Burlington, MA. Sorry that some other company is harassing everyone with their robo rug cleaning calls and I hope they can be stopped somehow for everyone's sake. Thank you

Robo-callers that never take you off the list. Do not encourage these kinds of companies by giving them your business.

This apparently is not the place that robocalls. I would suggest to the owner that they remove the name of the robocall firm's town, Ar. from your responses. Because every time angry customers of the robocall firm type in "United Cleaning Ar." they get sent to your web page

This is the robocall company that leaves automated messages all the time. We're on the do not call list and they probably call at least once a day. Reps on the phone are rude and vulgar when I question why they keep calling. This is not a reputable company.

Trying to find a new cleaner for my office. These people neither answer their phone or return online quote requests. How can you do business if you don't answer you phone? Edit: This company just responded to my request for a quote. I only made this post an hour ago. coincidence?
