Augusta Industrial Services has performed many emergent jobs for us in such a timely manner to minimize the impact during hazardous weather and unexpected conditions. AIS management has worked with us to help us as group to understand the needed scope, coordinate times, and provide input to ensure success.As an STR it is our job to perform safety oversight. At each visit to the field, I found that all Augusta Industrial workers had all proper PPE in place, the job barricaded properly to protect outside personnel and the assigned workers were very professional in explaining their procedure to me.

Our Company was founded by Clyde Pilcher in 1977 as a start-up sewer and drain cleaning service named Budget Sewer Service. After recognizing a need for reliable, safe work in the nuclear and industrial markets, Clyde expanded to include nuclear and industrial services and incorporated Augusta Industrial Services, Inc. in 1986.
Our industrial strength vacuum units are designed to clean-up and recover a full spectrum of materials from solids and dry bulk powders, to liquid, slurries and thick sludge. We can also handle hazardous materials including acids, bases, combustibles and flammable materials. We also perform "Safe Digging" operations with our vacuum excavation technology.

In November of 2015 Augusta Industrial Services announced that it has established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and that ownership of the company has been transferred to Augusta Industrial Services employees.As a result of this transaction, Augusta Industrial Services employees own 100 percent of Augusta Industrial Services' stock.
