I'm giving Maid Brigade 1 star because Maid Brigade is NUMBER 1 (and also because I'm someone who looks at reviews and I don't only check the high ones but the low ones too)! I'm serious :) The ladies are lovely and keep my home clean and tidy with green products. I love that they leave cleaners with me to use in between visitis. Viviana, JB and the others in the office are big help too (they are available by phone and text and they deserve 5 stars for sending me texts when the team is on the way). So everyone who is looking at this review because it's a 1 star, there you go!

We recently moved to the area and are very happy that we chose Maid Brigade. They do an excellent job every time. They provide their arrival time and are always punctual. It is also important to us that they use environmentally friendly cleaning products. The cleaning crew works fast and they are very thorough. We have had no complaints and I highly recommend them!

We have been using the Maid Brigade since September 2021 on a weekly basis. We have an unique situation in that my brother has a disability and lives by himself in an apartment in the White Plains NY area and I handle all his business affairs remotely as I live in San Diego CA. The Maid Brigade has been able to handle the cleaning situation in an excellent manner. They are tops in ongoing communication each week. The team is professional, punctual, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Maid Brigade has been cleaning our home every 3 weeks since May 2018, and I have ZERO complaints. The team always does a great job, and I feel so comfortable having them in my home when I'm not there after years of trustworthy service. The customer service is excellent & you really feel they care about their clients. It's such a saving grace to come home to a beautifully clean & fresh smelling house.a lifesaver for working parents!

We have been using Maid Brigade's cleaning services since we moved to the area over two years ago. The team members always go above and beyond each visit. They have been amazing during the pandemic, taking precautions, and even dropping off extra cleaning supplies for our family when supplies were limited elsewhere. Maid Brigade has a terrific team. They are always on time and come in prepared to do the job. They bring their own vacuum and cleaning supplies which makes it extremely easy for me. Maid Brigade has been cleaning our place for about eight months, and they do a great job. They are quick, too, which is really helpful for me since I work at home. I especially appreciate how easy they are to deal with. I always get a reminder when a cleaning date is coming up, and a text on cleaning day to tell me when they are on their way. Maid Brigade is a seamless and dependable service.not so easy to find these days.

I have had people that I know help me clean in the past but that never really worked out well for me. The thought of having a cleaning service come in and clean was a bit stressful until I made the call to Maid Brigade and spoke to Sandra Christopher, my client care specialist. I tried to be as open and transparent with her on my needs and she was a pleasure to work with. Sandra made me feel comfortable and explained in detail how the Maid Brigade team works.
