They arrived early. They looked at my beige furniture that two sick cats punished terribly. They said they might not be able to get all the stains out. I said I understand. Rosa was AWESOME! Till she finished with my love seat and chair, they looked like new. I just wish the gentleman that did the couch and ottoman had the same attention to detail.

My sofa and ottoman look like he only focused on the cushion areas, the arm rests and edges/trim were all still dirty. Rosa only charged me $20 for the Scotchgard (should have been $40), but I gave her the other $20 anyway. Rosa I love you! You're a hard working woman that can come clean for me anytime!

Rosa and team were great! Arrived on time and even got an oil stain out of my sectional couch. Very professional and efficient and prices were reasonable! I will definitely be scheduling again.

I had several areas with deep stains. The Genisis team got them all out and the 15 year-old carpets look close to new! Very pleased with their professional and courteous service plus their special attention to detail. Awesome experience. I had a coupon from clipper magazine so the price was great as well. They were super friendly and the whole process only took about 45 minutes. Would highly recommend.
