We have been using Details for over a year now and are very happy with the service. They initially did a deep clean when we moved into our log home. It was rather challenging with +25 foot ceilings and beams that had not been cleaned in years. It took a couple of days but was a huge difference when finished. We are on quarterly cleaning now and it goes very smoothly. Highly recomended.

We have been a client of Details Pro now for 3 months and absolutely love their cleaning service. They come every two weeks and do an amazing job. Best part is the cleaning supplies they bring are yours and yours only. They leave them at your home! They are very thorough and make sure all trash cans are emptied with new bags placed in each one : Clean and dust every room! Very efficient! I highly recommend using them and am so glad we chose to hire a cleaner. Super thankful for them and their services!

We live a few hours away from our vacation rental and Details has been amazing. We are Airbnb hosts and always get rated as sparkling clean. Bonnie has great communication and always lets us know how the home looks, it gives such peace of mind to know she will clean with the highest standards and helps us keep an eye on our home! We stay there often and it always looks perfect!

Don't wast your time! 1st clue should have been that Bonnie showed up 45 minutes late, but she convinced us that she would be great. So we scheduled her for a deep clean. Her & her partner, Andrew spent four hours but missed emptying the dishwasher, left hair in the bottom of the showered and cobwebs on the walls. Bonnie told us they didn't get to a few things. Well, those were things we definitely wanted them to do because we couldn't do them either, & they're the cleaning professionals.

My husband & I still had to clean after they left. There were still cobwebs & the ceiling fan was still filthy, but go figure they are using a feather duster. Then Bonnie brings in all these supplies, some stuff we already had, like a bucket and sponges etc. But we thought, "well, this is just how it's done", so we agreed. Bonnie quoted us $140 per cleaning for our vacation rental, however the invoice was for $255 for ONE cleaning.

We had asked her, prior to receiving the invoice, how the home looked after our renters left & she said, "fine, refund them their deposit". Then we get this bill for almost double the quote & a week later she responded to our email, regarding the price increase & tells us the home was more work because the renters had left it in such a state. It's a mystery why Bonnie would tell us to refund ALL their money knowing she was going to charge us more.

That was not her decision to make., she should have communicated that to us and let us decide what to do. Finally, after we had dates set up for her to clean she sends us an email telling us she can't clean any of the days we needed her for the entire month of August! This company is anything but professional. She can't even return emails regarding important issues like double quoted price. Like I said, don't waste your time.

Details Professional Cleaning is a great company, they are always on time, great ladies that do an awesome job. I've never had any problems with the cleaning job they've done. It's always a wonderful feeling to see your home sparkling an you didn't have to lift a finger. I would highly recommend them.

Details Professional Cleaning was referred to us by a very reliable source. We had them do a Move-out cleaning for a home we sold. It was amazing, Bonnie gave us a bid that was very reasonable! Extremely happy with this Cleaning Company! Number one, they answered their phone, not an answering machine! They realized our need to have a cleaning done within 2 days and accommodated us. I was sent before and after pictures, and was very impressed with their work. This was not an easy job, they did it with professionalism and enthusiasm for their work. I definitely would recommend them and use them again!

I called to get information about cleaning my home. I never received a response. I feel that is no way to treat a potential customer. I felt that my potential business was not important.

I have never experienced such a thorough cleaning. She started at one end of the house and finished by mopping herself out the front door. I didn't realize she would be wiping down walls, doors and baseboards but was thrilled with the result. She is quick but efficient and works with a smile. I am a very particular person and Jackie Lane has never disappointed me. After she cleans my house, it feels like my own personal little oasis. Everything is cleaned a polished and looks fabulous. All of the furniture has been dusted, the dog prints cleaned off the windows, the floors cleaned and vacuumed, the bathrooms cleaned and polished, and the kitchen is shiny! If anyone talks about wanting someone to clean their house, I ALWAYS recommend Jackie! She is THE BEST!

I wish I could have found more reviews when I started looking for a cleaning service in Bend. I found details via google and their website seemer like they were offering a high quality high cost service. I called and they came in for an intial assessment. They would beg to differ now, but they stated it would take about 10-12 hrs to do a deep clean for my house.

They charge a pretty high rate per hour and if you have two people cleaning, it is double ( so 12 hrs is really only 6hrs they are at your house). I started asking people in the area how much they pay their cleaning service and it was much lower. I started having second thoughts, but I thought. I work hard and we need it. The came at 7:30am, they left in the middle of the day ( to do another cleaning), and then came back.

When it came close to 5pm, I said it's been long enough they were there. After they left, I really wasn;'t impressed and there were some major and minor things not done that we discussed doing. When I expressed my dissappointment, they admitted to not leaving things to their standards, took a couple hours off the bill and said they would finish the rest when they came back for the next cleaning. I don't know. call me crazy, but I certainly was not going to have them back and pay more money.
