I took 2 weighted blankets here, the staff was super friendly and the prices were amazingly affordable. I went to other places and it would have been cheaper to just buy new blankets. Highly recommend, they were also fairly quick turn around.

So I have taken my suites to their heights location for 20 years. It was handy on my way into my office downtown. Some penny pinching person decided it was more important to serve the west end than the heights. I could see closing the heights location if they had a downtown location, but to completely disregard half of the city. Lost my business forever!

Love you guys! Always impeccable customer service! Molly is the best and always cares about people! They're turn-around time is very fast and the texts are a great way to let me know it's ready for pick-up!

Valet Today does a great job! The people that work there are wonderful! They are helpful and always have a smile on their face when I'm picking up and dropping off at the drive up window. Our clothes are done perfectly! I love the fact that I get a text message telling me that my clothes are ready to pick up. Highly recommend this place!

I'm a long-time but not a frequent customer because I live about 2 hours from Billings. Despite this, Molly at the Enterprise Avenue location who, by the way, is always pleasant and professional knows me by name. It may seem like a small thing, but sometimes it's the little things that most clearly demonstrate that you matter as a customer. Oh, and they do a nice job with my dry cleaning.

Great service, prompt and attentive! We've always been greeted and treated well and have never had an issue with our clothing when taken to Valet Today for cleaning - it always comes back pristine and with quick turn around! Owners also are involved in our community and give back to multiple organizations through their time and financial gifts. This is important to me when choosing a business to support!

Have been using Valet Today for 4 years or so. They are professional, accommodating, and friendly. Molly is awesome as she knows me personally and knows how to handle my 2 different accounts and always has a smile on her face!

I bring my large comforters all the way from Spokane, WA home with me to have washed by you guys. You do such a nice job and I am always happy with my outcome. No where in Spokane washes, folds, and prepares them like Valet Today. Molly at the front desk is also wonderful to work with and her customer service is outstanding!

I use the Valet-today on Enterprise Ave. The service is always friendly, fast and professional. No matter what items I bring in to be cleaned, from towels to suits, I'm always 100% satisfied. My daughter especially loves to come with to see Molly. She takes the extra time to ask her how her day was and remembers previous conversations that they have had. Which makes my daughter feel very special and its definitely that rare above and beyond service that keeps us coming back! Great company with even better employees!

This Dry cleaners is Excellent! Especially in customer service! I have a favorite employee here and her name is Tiona she is wonderful! She always goes above and beyond for every customer she is truly wonderful! The quality of the dry cleaning here is always so good I've never had a problem here with the quality of my clothes!

Clearly they don't want to make money as they do not offer a delivery service and it takes them TWO DAYS to get your clothes washed! Absolutely ridiculous, do your self a favor and go to Koinonia laundry! They have the best service and the best rates in town!

If this place is any indication, I understand why folks in Billings often dress informally in the business sector. they can't afford to wear suits and properly-starched shirts. $2.30 for a laundered shirt (5 shirt minimum)? $6.70 for dry-cleaning a single pair of trousers? $7.50 to dry-clean a suit jacket? Methinks not.

They did a decent job of cleaning most of my clothes. The low rating is due to them burning one of my shirts and their response. They took the shirt back to see if they could get the burn out somehow, but they couldn't. When I asked what they would do about it they refused to take any responsibility and told me that they didn't actually clean the shirts there, they outsourced it so it wasn't their fault. They also wouldn't refund me for the actual cleaning of the shirt they ruined. So, I basically paid them to ruin my clothes. This is the 24th street location.
