Tinney Rug cleaner did a wonderful job removed a stain that I thought was not coming out so I give them very happy

Great place! They take care of you and the rugs it's know wonder why they have been around for so long.

They had one job and only one job is to clean the rugs! I am not the type to write reviews but I had to do it for this one. The owner and the people working at the front desk are very rude and not professional at all. The rugs are supposed to be white but as everybody can see on the pics they are grey. I would give 0 star. They are ridiculous!

Very expensive for a fair-sized area rug ( about 150 ) and they didn't even get the outside edge All the way clean. They even required a deposit?

Had my rugs cleaned and deodorized they smell clean but that's it they still look dirty and a lot of dog hair when I picked them up like nothing was done. Had to vacuum them 3 times before putting them down again had high hopes after spending what I did Services: Area rug cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

After 35 years of doing business there, today his dog was much kinder and helpful than he or his "assistant".

My first time getting a rug cleaned. They are very thorough and showed me some fading on the rug that I hadn't noticed prior to bringing it in which was helpful because I would have probably noticed it when inspecting the rug on pick up. Everyone was friendly but my favorite employee was their 4 legged one!

Tinney is very professional, experienced and they care. I was very pleased with the binding to my rug. The pad they suggested and cut to size and the pick up and delivery. Their prices are very good and fair. I highly recommend.

I like Tinney Rug Cleaners enough to be a return customer. They are not cheap and their work is excellent. You can review their process on line if you like.

One of the "Worst Experiences" I have ever had in any customer service. DO NOT USE THEM! I had never cleaned a carpet before, the owner or Manager didn't give me the correct price upfront or all information on the pick up. Now I have to pick up my rug because the price is more than what I was initially was told, and more than the actual carpet costs. If they worked with me I would pay half of what they asked.

We have 2 synthetic high pile silk rugs that were cleaned by Tinney Rug Cleaners. We were told that the pet stains may not come out completely at drop off but we were amazed at pickup! Our large WHITE man-made silk rug became a casualty after our dog became ill. It was bad. We tried everything to clean it ourselves including bleach. So we were expecting the worst when we came to pick it up today after being warned that it might not come out. Honestly, after reading the reviews we were nervous but Tinney has been in business for a long time and if anyone could help us save our rugs it would be Tinney Rug Cleaners.

When they unrolled the white rug I was so happy and amazed that they were able to get the stains out and deodorize it! The money was well worth saving these beautiful rugs! They are rolled up in the truck next to me and I don't smell any odor coming from them. Thank goodness! Thank you Tinney Rug Cleaners! If you have any questions or concerns talk to the owner. He helped us understand more about our rug and was happy to chat with us about it. He even gave us some information to take home.
