All American Pressure Cleaning

I'm editing the following review because of the professional and quick response I received from Mike. He has definitely been sensitive to my remarks and this means a lot. I would definitely give five stars for the work that was done in cleaning my house, and plant issue aside, which Mike assures me will not repeat itself, I'll be using their services again.

I chose All American Pressure Washing because I liked what I read about the process, including the reference to moving the plants. Unfortunately, when the man arrived to clean the house, he let me know that he doesn't move plants so I had to move them off my porch as best I could. He did a good job cleaning the house although he didn't completely get my porch railing clean because he evidently didn't move the two huge plants (which were on rollers but were too heavy for me to lift off the porch) over to get around them.

I do like the way he did the house--just disappointed about the plant issue. Previous people I've had pressure wash my house have moved the plants and cleaned the porch properly.

We had Mack come spray our house, and he was fantastic. Our Experience: We have a little pressure washer and I had originally thought that I would be able to just pressure wash it. I started at my front porch.it cleaned it.but not very well. I then got there ad in the mail and took a look at there before and after pictures. The pictures showed that they could get ride of the spots my pressure washer couldn't!

I then had to convince the hubs. He was very skeptical about it, but because i insisted he let me have them come. They were truly awesome. Our house on the outside looks bran new. My husband and I took a walk around after he was done with Mack to make sure he had gotten everything (which was very awesome of him). My husband truly couldn't believe the difference it made.

We will be doing this probably every spring. One negative, I feel I need to mention, is they were very slow at responding. I had my appt set up for 8:30am and they didn't show up until around 6pm.. I had called and messaged them, and they never got back to me. Slightly frustrated. I had started to think they really were to good to be true and my husband had been right (never something a wife wants to admit ) Then Mack truly impressed us.

I still gave them 5 stars because with the job Mack did it deserved the star that I would have taken away. Side note, Mack was also very nice and let my kiddo and puppy watch him while he sprayed. Truly awesome.

Professional, courteous service. More than just a pressure washing, it was a true cleaning. House looks freshly painted after All American pressure washing service. Will be using them again.

I gave five stars solely because of Mack. He was timely, professional, informative and did an excellent, excellent job. He was also super personable and I enjoyed talking with him.

We are extremely pleased with the work we had done. All American exceeded our expectations! We had some very difficult to reach windows and they were able to clean them without hassle. We will definitely call on them again in the future!

I just want to say how impressed I am with this company. When the doorbell rang, my husband said "He showed up?" I knew from my correspondence with the owner that they were very professional, so I had high hopes, and they did not disappoint! Our technician, Mack, not only did a fantastic job with our roof, he was very patient and kind speaking with my husband who is concerned about chemicals. He explained the process thoroughly and relieved our fears. I will not hesitate to hire them again.

I called on a Monday morning. They had the team out by Friday afternoon. My parents home looked amazing and it was all thanks to All American pressure washing. Definitely 10 out of 10 I would call them again.

Mike and his team are amazing. Jonathan did a phenomenal job cleaning our roof and driveway. They both look brand new. we highly recommend all American and can't say enough good things about them.

This was an extraordinarily efficient project. Their immediate response from our initial phone call was a good sign. They quickly provided a cost estimate and offered to provide service the very next day. Mack was our technician. He was friendly, courteous, and explained the process in terms we could understand. Upon finishing the work, he told what to expect in the days ahead and the signs to look for insuring a successful soft wash. We highly recommend All American Pressure Cleaning and when you book them, ask for Mack.

I just used this company to do exterior window washing on my house and clean my gutters. The gutter work was spoton. No worries there, when they left there were some areas I was not happy with on the window washing. I texted the owner Mike who responded within a minute of getting my text. I told him my concerns and he said someone would be out the next day to look at it and make it right.

One of his employees Mac (question spelling) spelling came back today and did a wonderful job of finishing it up and it's absolutely perfect. They made it right which is the most important thing of all and they did it as if I was really an important customer. They now have a customer for life and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any service you may need. Five star customer service all day long.

Mike and his team are outstanding, and extremely easy to work with. They were extremely flexible and understanding of our schedule (which isn't always easy when you have over 250+ properties that are all rented at different times).They went above and beyond - we recommend All American to everyone!

Response was almost immediate after my first initial email. I asked them to build a custom package for pressure washing and they did. They booked my appointment for the very next day and then an hour later I get a knock on my door and they showed up asking if they could do it that day (prior to my appointment). They explained they were in the area and it wouldn't be an issue.

I was so excited! The gentleman who showed up walked around the house with making sure to pay attention to the trouble areas. He even took the time to cover the flowers in my garden so they wouldn't get messed up. Superior and fast service service! Would 100% recommend!

They got me on the schedule next day for a great price. Took maybe an hour and it looked fantastic. Easiest hire ever. Will definitely use them again. Before and after pics for reference. My house looks brand new.
