Joseph was prompt to return my call to set up an estimate within two days. He sent a text saying he was 20 min away and arrived on time. He came to give me an estimate for cleaning and odor removal and was incredibly honest and up front that his services would only be a band aid and that to truly get rid of the odor we would need to replace the carpet.
He also walked me through some home remedies that would help lessen the odor. Even though we did not use his services at this time I would in the future and will highly recommend him to friends and family. Good, honest business.

He did an excellent job after a previous company told me i should consider replacing the carpet! I have a toddler and lots of food stains and now it almost looks like the carpets are brand new again. Fantastic service at an affordable price. Joseph picked up my Moroccan Rug and delivered it back clean, extremely convenient. He does a thorough job of cleaning. My rug was 20 lbs lighter from all the dirt removed. If you want your rugs cleaned properly, not just surfaced cleaned, you should give this business a go. For only 200 my 8 x 10 rug was cleaned versus the 380 quote from another company.
