When you experience an emergency disaster in your home, having trusted, experienced and skilled professionals to get you through it is of great comfort. I liked that RestorTech assigns a rep to you who shows up on day 1 and can be an advisor on dealings with your insurance company and your repair contractors. I highly recommend RestorTech. They packed out and stored 200 boxes and 60 pieces of furniture when our roof was crushed by a tree. No damage to anything they stored, and they put it all back where we wanted it.

A water main break flooded many homes, and our home was one. The entire basement had to be cleared of furniture, beds, sofas, paintings, so much! From the first meeting with a company representative, I was impressed with the caring, knowledge and flexibility that were reflected. This was not a rush operation but one executed with experience and patience.
Given the scope of work, the staff, to include scheduling visits, did it with the utmost care and skill. Frankly, my confidence in the human spirit was restored as much as my basement was restored.

I highly recommend RestorTech! We hired them recently for water damage cleanup in our basement, and we couldn't have been more pleased with them. RestorTech helped me when my washing machine overflowed. They arrived promptly and cleaned up the water and set drying equipment. Because of the extent of the damage, my family room had to be packed out and they handled it all for me. The job was done professionally and I was extremely satisfied with how my entire claim was handled from beginning to when they delivered my furniture back.

Was referred to RestorTech, after smoke damage in our building from a fire. Very impressed with the company, especially Will our point person. During the six months our possessions were in storage, I also was in communication with Molly, who was also excellent to deal with! When, we received our possessions back, everything was professionally packed. Our clothes were dry cleaned, our silver was polished. Impressed by the detail taken! Would definitely recommend.

RestorTech provided my family excellent service in a time of need when our basement ejector pump failed. Will Stoetling took immediate command of the situation and had his RestorTech team on-site within a matter of hours from initial contact. The remediation work was performed exactly as Will described and on the proposed timeframe which was very much appreciated as we were able to engage the rebuild contract team without a hitch. When you're family has unexpected damage - do yourself a favor and make RestorTech your first call as I'm sure Will will provide your family the same comfort he did ours.

I have long professional and personal experience with Restortech. As a USAA insurance property claims adjuster I invariably turned to John Pletcher and his highly skilled team whenever I needed to have property restoration done right the first time. As owner of his own company John takes a personal interest in all the restoration work they perform; he never failed me or our insured members. Personally, Restortech responded rapidly to remediate two water losses at my home and to do a through cleaning after some construction work by another company. When a tree fell on our house and damaged it severely, RestorTech came to the rescue! They packed up scores of boxes to put in storage, set aside damaged items for the insurance appraisers, and also set aside boxes of stuff from the attic that I needed to go through. Off to the dumpster with the rest. Then they cleaned and polished everything (including crystal and silver)before it was packed and stored.
Before we moved back into the house, they cleaned everything, down to the plates in the cabinets. They were wonderful to work with and I have never encountered a company that did such meticulous work!

It's hard to talk positively when you have something as annoying as a flooded basement but my husband and I were so grateful when these fellas showed up! Matt and his teammate were so thorough in their process of getting everything cleaned up and dried out. They were very professional and worked until almost 10pm when everything was said and done the Saturday before Mother's Day!
The team came back several times to check the status of the basement and made sure everything was drying properly. It was a very seamless process thanks to these guys. I would def recommend!

These guys were great! Water heater leaked overnight on weekend and by Saturday afternoon they were out getting it all cleaned up. They are very knowledgeable of the insurance needs, taking samples and documenting everything. When my insurance did not want to pay for my damaged wood flooring Restortech was able to provide all the documentation needed for the insurance and it is now being covered. I hope you never need there services but if you do these are the guys to call.
