Matt and Ian were very professional but very engaging. They both introduced themselves, ask me what I needed and then went on to measure and inspect. I explained I had two dogs and two cats and they run in and out all day long. Matt explained about the oils in their coats and what they use to clean and lift them out of the carpet. They explained the pricing and also what choices I had.

We visited for a few minutes and then they went right to work. These two young man work hard and fast! They certainly are an asset to Nu-Look.! Great team work and great cleaning products made my carpets look brand new. They really made my day! Beige carpet with 4 pets is difficult to keep clean, especially when they go in and out all day long. I am thrilled to say my carpets look brand new! I will definitely use Nu-Look again and again. Thank you Matt and Ian for a job really well done.

ANU Look made our 10+ year old carpets look new. They were professional, on time, called when they were on their way, and after the cleaning gave me instructions on letting them dry, etc. They took their time cleaning and didn't rush through, plus it was all for a very reasonable price.10/10 recommend them over any others i've used.

A nu look it's pretty amazing and efficient. The men that showed up at my house were very professional they wore booties so they didn't get the carpets dirty and when they clean my ducks they didn't even leave a mess which was pretty amazing I thought haha. That one visit is what made me follow up with the carpet cleaning services they offer. In which they found mold and were able to diagnose it and remedy it all in one shot.

I would highly recommend a nu look to my loved ones and and anybody honestly. Oh yeah I almost forgot they don't use any chemicals to clean either so it's all pet friendly kids safe, shoot, even baby safe. Hi everyone, If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would give them a hundred stars. I have my own business and don't have a lot time to write reviews but I am definitely taking time out to write this one. I have a disabled brother who literally spills everything! His carpet was a complete disaster. I called Nu-look Carpet Cleaning. Matt and Jesse arrived on-time, were very professional, gave me a fair quote and assured me they would get the carpet as clean as possible. And, yes, they did! I could not believe my eyes. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs!

Just want to inform the community of my experience. I called Chad and asked for a quote to clean a second story laundry vent of dryer lint. I stressed to him that it was on the second story but the prior roof guys got up with no complaints. So two young men showed up on time and were very nice and polite but couldn't get up on the roof because not a big enough ladder.

I explained how the roofers got up but they said they would call end of the day or next and come back out with bigger ladder. I agreed and thanked them, then one day waiting for call turned into never. So long story short I went into attic and took the ducting apart myself and cleaned it to be able to safely use our dryer. Other parts of this company may be great but this side of the house surely is not.

In response their was no snow or ice on the ground. Look at the day on the calendar and the pitch is average and exactly like 99% of the roofs in the landings. Your response doesn't make any sense. Not to mention I didn't ask for an inspection it needed cleaning as per the email sent to you. Maybe you got bad information about the pitch so I'll include a photo just so you can see for yourself.

Wish your company well and hope you understand where I'm coming from especially with no phone call to explain what was going on as I was told to expect. I also double checked my messages and their is not one call, text, email or message left. Also I'm a disabled vet and would not one of your employees to be injured in any way. All I ask is you learn from this situation and wish your company well.

We have used Nu-Look cleaning service several times since moving here 5 years ago. Never disappointed but often amazed at their expertise. Most recently, after temporarily having my daughter's family of 5 living with us, including 3 very active young kids and a 2nd 80# "puppy", our carpets were a disaster. We used 3 different crews to clean carpet (severe stains and carpeted steps), vinyl kitchen flooring (deeply impacted dirt and grime), and clothes dryer vents (plugged with highly shedding puppy fur). We were elated at the professionalism of the crews. great suggestions and no pressure to upsell other services. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

We had excellent service with Thor and Eric. They explained the process they would be doing. They cleaned our carpet which had multiple deep blood stains from an accidental fall in our living room. The day after, some of the stains wicked up. We called them back and they were out within a few hours. Great service and professionalism. Will definitely use this company again.

Matt did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet! He was professional, knowledgeable and very considerate. Although he went right to work when he arrived he still made time to explain the process and answer our questions. From his comments it was obvious that he respected the company and that he was very proud of the quality equipment A Nu-Look uses. We felt very comfortable and at ease having him in our home. Just had our carpets cleaned by Thor. We thought we needed to replace them but he restored them to look brand new. We have pets and they were able to completely restore our carpets even with the stains we had. I recommend booking in advance. They are worth the wait. So thankful for these guys!
