Randy shows up on time with equipment and possibly a helper and leaves behind fresh smelling clean carpets and furniture. I have been using steam Maddock for 20 years every time Randy and his crew come it's like magic everything looks new I just purchased a new Villa and the Villa previous owner was a smoker I am allergic to smoke he came in and cleaned all the air ducts and put a different film so nothing sticks to the air ducts anymore you can't even tell there was a smoker in my new Villa I am very pleased with steamatic they are the best.

I had used Stanley Steamer in the past and was unhappy. I like Steamatic because they use the extraction method. They also did an amazing job on my favorite chair (white fabric). Randi and his team have been great. They were helpful with a mold issue after we had lost power and had been away. The fee was reasonable compared to another company that wanted to charge so much more. His company has been working in my condo for years. He has been fair in telling me what will come clean and what will probably not. Prompt and easy to work with!

Steamatic cleaned our air conditioning ducts. They were very professional, offered good quality service, and we're very reasonable. Recently we had a flood from the condo upstairs and they came out and treated the wall spaces and ceiling spaces that water had been standing in. I would recommend their services.
