All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to billing date by calling 815-439-9730 or during a wash visit. You may add any upgrades needed during your visit. Definitely not what I expected. Very fast and very low service. I told them Not to put any shiny staff on the tires and at the end I left will Shine tires. They just took out the dust from outside that's all. Inside only vacuum and not that good also. I'm adding some pictures of both of my cars. I will not use them again.

Been here a few times for car wash & detailing. Staff is always very friendly & courteous. Always quick with the service even if there is a line. They do a great job of the detailing inside the vehicle, even for tough grit & grime spots. If you ask them to vacuum a little extra or pay attention to a special area they most certainly do. This last time was an unexpected stop so my vehicle wasn't completely removed of all items & they moved around them with ease to ensure everything was still cleaned appropriately. I definitely make it a point to come here for a detail even if it's out of my way due to the way they take care with the cleaning & how friendly the staff is.

Most of the time the wash is perfect. Seems on busy days the towels used to clean the interior windows need to be changed with more frequency. Nothing worse than streaky windows from the well used rags. UPDATE: The owner very graciously responded. Issue was discussed with Craig on next visit All resolved!

I highly recommend, highly recommend this car wash! I love the bays for the hand wash, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming. The staff is amazing! Flexibility to get a hand wash is great! If I choose a quick wash, they are generous to drive my SUV through the wash for me and I like the different packages you can select too. Everyone is quick, efficient, and very thorough. With summer and sun coming, this is the only place I would go to!

It's a great place to go to have the entire car washed and then the interior and inside outside glass and they wipe down the door jams and doors. It's a great service for a good price. I recommend the monthly plans. My Jeep looks very good because of this place and they do a great job! Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Vacuuming, Auto detailing, Polishing

This place has gone downhill. I went there a few weeks ago and it was terrible. Lazy kids, poor manager attitude. I tried again tonight and even worse. Streaked windows, vacuumed half. I paid for spray wax that wasn't done. I asked the manager and she said it was done. I watched the truck the entire time and it wasn't done. They spilled windex on the drivers seat. They don't scrub floor mats they just sprayed with windex. STAY AWAY from this car wash.

As many others in these reviews, the $145 service is far from perfect. I would not pay anything but a wash if I ever used them again. The fix to their incompetence and poor customer service is to ask for poor handled/washed vehicles to come back for a correction cleaning. I have photos and videos of the poor service provided and the owner refused to provide any refund or other solution that will not hurt his pocket. Well!
How is losing a customer, definitely I will not take my vehicles here anymore. A bad cleaning should not take another 6 hours of my time for this place to realize the poor quality.

I have always supported and had my cars detailed multiple times at Clean Image. Most times I have always walked-in for interior detail service and waited no more than a hour and a half and I have always been pleased with the results. Due to COVID-19, I know most businesses are requiring appointments. I made the appointment online for my usual interior and exterior cleaning.
I received a call a few days prior to confirm the time of service. I was running 10 min behind and called to confirm if my appointment was still good or if I should reschedule, the customer service representative stated no that was fine. I arrived to my appointment on 9-18 and was rudely greeted by a man in a grey shirt, I assume he was the manager because the other employee shirts were blue.
When he came to my car he said you can leave the key and come back in 4-5 hours. He said it will be $145 then walked away. I wasn't aware of the longer wait or that I needed to leave my car as I never had to do that in the past. So I sat in my car trying to see if there was anyone who was able to pick me up. The "manager" then walked back up to my car and I rolled down the window and told him I'm sorry I'm trying to make arrangements I wasn't aware that I had to leave my car nor that it would take 4-5 hours.
His reply was "oh someone definitely told you". I said no I wasn't aware. He said did you get a follow up phone call. I said yes just to confirm if I was still able to make it. He said well I'm sure whoever called told you. I told him again that no one told me. I then asked him why he was being so hostile. He said "I'm not, I don't care. Im just saying I know someone told you". I asked him his name and he walked away. Needless to say, I pulled off and I will never support this business again!

My wife and I have been a regular customer at this Car Wash for over 10 years. The Full Service Inside Out they offer is fairly decent and we have used this service. Recently we even purchased the monthly pass for Full Service for both our cars. Last week, my wife brought her car here for a Full Service and she had $300 in the trunk on the side of the trunk, Visible. Yes, agreed, it was a mistake to leave it there, but having said that, she went to see the Gm, Craig.
This guy is the most unprofessional individual we have ever come across. He was extremely rude with my wife and me. He blamed my wife for everything and refused to share the camera footage from the angle where this could have been proven. Don't take your car here, the Car wash is not to be trusted and the Service is below par. Used to be under better management, but this new management, especially under Craig is totally the worst I have seen.
I am in business also, and we always give the benefit of the doubt to the customer and always try to resolve the situation amicably. This manager refused to get me in touch with the owner and was blatantly RUDE and ARROGANT. At first he offers me refund of thr 300 dollars. Then he reneged and offers 3 month of credit. Finally he called and says We r completely wrong and offers nothing.
Here is the bottom line, irregardless of who is right or wrong, there is a Way to speak to a Custoner, especially Loyal ones who have frequented the business for over 10 years. There is not an Iota of doubt that my wife had 300 dollars in the trunk and it was stolen from there, and instead of owning to the mistake, or trying to resolve the situation ( even showing or looking at the video surveillance from all angles) This Gm, Craig, was the most unprofessional, unethical and nonsensical, and Most Rudest person we have ever come across.
I highly suggest to the owner to read all the review and there a ton of them saying how bad the management is, and this reflects poorly on you. Unless Craig is a relative you can not fore. He definitely needs to go, trust me, it would be better for your business. This guy, Craig is the most rudest individual I have come across and does not deserve to be in the Service industry. Critical: Quality New to the neighborhood. Full service outside and inside. Only took 5 minutes. Paid 23.00 ladies day and I have to redo the interior again myself. Hope to find a better quality place for this kind of money. I would not recommend this place. My next door neighbor 12 year old kid could have done a better job. Paid just under $30 for "the best" wash. Awful. I come out to my dried car that has dirt smeared on it. I ask if they could run it through again they used a spray bottle which made it slightly better. I tip, get in drive off and the windshield hadn't been cleaned, the seats hadn't even been wiped, parts of the outside are spotted. I go back because I am literally wiping things down myself.
So $30 later I have a car that was partially washed with dirt rubbed in while they dried it, a dirty windshield, carpet w stuff still on it and my dash/console/seats/doors not even wiped off. I asked for a refund for the interior of the car but that was not an option. Thankfully they give you a wipe so you can do it all on your own!
