I contacted B & K based on the reviews I read and their story on the website. There I learned of the benefits of having a rug cleaned in a factory rather that in my residence. I was half way through a major first floor renovation including gut renovation of the kitchen and I knew the dust would be everywhere. The rugs were picked up on the day scheduled and in the window I was told.
They were out of the house before the heavy demo was taking place and were returned two weeks later in perfect condition and ahead of the completion of my renovation. I was able to reassemble the first floor and have everything in shape for the holidays. Brian, who I met twice, is a professional and distinguishes his company from others, largely made up of national competitors. I am totally satisfied and would recommend his services to others.

These guys were great. Needed deep cleaning of four rooms of my mother's house in Marlboro, NJ. I wasn't there to oversee, but no need: the carpets and rugs were so clean, and the house smelled so fresh, and we discovered colors in some of the carpets we didn't even know were there. I was helping my Dad in Ocean Twp, NJ sell his house and the carpets were a mess. To provide an estimate for cleaning, Brian came over and cleaned one of the worst spots on the carpet - and it looked AMAZING!
