My daughter and I have been using Grakei Maids for almost two years and they have always been a pleasure to work with. Today we had Carolina's Team, but *everyone* who has ever visited has always been so polite, overall incredibly genial, and very hardworking. They really care about us as clients, as well as people, especially since my breast cancer diagnosis almost a year ago. Having Grakei Maids' by my side keeping my apartment clean while going through chemo and surgery was a great relief and one less thing I didn't have to worry about. Thank you, Grakei Maids! The team of Jose, Rosa, Lupe and Sonia did a very thorough and careful cleaning of our antique shop. They did their job quietly and efficiently, making accommodations for our two dogs, kindly offering assistance when I was moving things so that they could clean more completely, and leaving our shop not only clean, but well ordered. We just had our first cleaning today with Team Carolina. My kitchen looks amazing and all the other rooms have been nicely cleaned, dusted, and vacuumed. I look forward to their next visit because everything looks and feels and smells so nice and clean. Service: Standard cleaning

Caroline's team just finished cleaning at my house. They completed a huge amount of work in just over an hour and a half. Everything is spotless and nicely organized after the clean. I haven't seen my tub look so gorgeous since I bought the house four years ago! I hired only for a one time clean, but the job they did was so good I'm considering hiring for a regular service. Either way, Grakei maids will be my go-to anytime I find myself in need of some cleaning experts. Thank you so much, Caroline and Grakei maids!

Grakei has been amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Scheduling is quick and easy and they have always made the time slot that works for us - even on short notice. My husband even commented today when they left that our gas range top has never looked cleaner - and he's right, it is truly impressive. They do a great job and are a pleasure to work with!

Grakei Maids is awesome! It gives me peace of mind knowing they are taking the time to clean those pesky areas (toilets, showers, floors, kitchen appliances) so I can focus less of my off-time cleaning and more of it spending with friends & family! They are always prompt and I know when to expect them. They are very accommodating with my large dog and any schedule change requests. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them!

We've been using Grakei Maids for seven years and are very happy with them. Initially it was a move-out deep-clean, where I was impressed that they managed to get rid of a stain in the toilet bowl that I'd tried several times to remove and had given up on. Since then we've ha them do regular cleanings and occasional deep cleans. We had a persistent problem a few years back that was frustrating but ultimately rectified to our satisfaction.

I chalk it up to "nobody's perfect". We've had no problems since, and I'm glad to have stuck with them. I have no reservations about recommending them. Our current team is Carolina's team.

I have had Diana and team for years and am happy with their excellent cleaning and customer service. I appreciate having consistency in the cleaning team each week. Three people come and clean at one time, minimizing the cleaning appointment time. They have also always been willing to coordinate cleanings during holiday events we host, which I really appreciate. I've never left a bad google review, but I'm very disappointed with Grakei Maids. We've been using Grakei Maids for over 5 years for a monthly cleaning and occasional deep cleaning and have had to end the relationship due to issues. We previously had an issue in 2018 where they spilled oven cleaner on the floor, severely damaging the hardwood and leaving footprints in the finish.

We worked with them to rectify using a third party floor refinisher and continued our services. After our cleaning this week, they used something on the fridge that caused tiny rust spots to suddenly appear all over. These rust spots were not there before they cleaned the house - verified by a third party person who was there that day. They accused me of causing this with "magnets." LOL.

The office manager admitted they used Lysol on the stainless steel. A simple google search will show that stainless steel should be cleaned with an oil based cleanser. They came to try to rectify, and the rust spots were improved but still persist. We were told there was "nothing more they can do." I understand that mistakes happen, but we are very frustrated by the lack of ownership and willingness to make right the damage they have caused. We have ended our long term relationship and will be looking for different cleaners. I would NOT recommend.

Right off the bat: they did a good job cleaning. There was an initial snafu with scheduling and they didn't show up for our scheduled appointment, but after leaving a message with the schedulers, the manager/owner called me right back and offered to make it right without any fuss. I understand mistakes happen and I appreciate that he took responsibility for it. After rescheduling, the crew showed up within the appointed time and they did a solid job cleaning.

Grakei Maids came recommended from a friend and I am very pleased with the service they provide. I like their price transparency when booking the appointment online as well, I am able to add and subtract tasks, upgrade and downgrade packages according to my needs. I highly recommend this local company.

They cleaned about as well as my 16 year old boy. stove was dirty, ceiling fan not cleaned (all three of them), coffee table still dirty, couch not wiped down, half cracked attempt at cleaning the top of the entertainment stand, they left the bags of trash in the garage where I park my car so when I got home I had to get out of my car and move. the trash bags to the bins they parked next to before I could park my car, I could go on. they spent A LOT of time folding and straightening which does not actually clean/disinfectant the house.

The website's tasks list set my quality expectations higher then the job that was done. They also called and needed an extra hour "to finish the job." Overall very dissatisfied with the service provided. I thought I could save my self some time by having someone else clean up since the holidays are very busy but instead I had to clean my own house AND lost money.

I recently booked Grakei Maids for an apartment cleaning because we were moving out and they did a fantastic job. They hit every spot we asked them too and it looked spotless. I was really happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future!

Great service and fast. They did even better cleaning than what I do by my own and I am good at it. Reasonable prices too.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional work done by the Grakei team. Upon arriving home, I was impressed by not just the caliber of the work done, but the little extras that made me feel as though I had arrived at a well established spa retreat. Their attention to detail is extremely gratifying to see.

Grakie Maids did an awesome job. Super friendly, knew what they were doing, best priced service I've found. Sometimes, people mistake being fast for not being thorough. This team was both fast and thorough-which I prefer. I will definitely book them again. I also love that you can schedule on-line with no initial visit required to give you a quote. So much more convenient! Great job!

We hired this company to clean a house that we just bought and were going to be moving in to. We had never hired a cleaning company before, but were crunched for time and thought we'd give it a try. The house was completely empty to make the move-in clean easier. When we arrived after they were done, I felt like we had just wasted over $200. There were spider webs in every corner of the house still.

It looked as though they had only swept, and vacuumed. The floors were full of dirt and the cupboards were not cleaned. We had tried to contact the company to voice our complaints and have not gotten through to anyone yet besides their voicemail. I would definitely not recommend using this company. (This cleaning was purchased under my fiance's name, not mine.)

I went through their online process to book an initial cleaning - unfortunately you have to enter your credit card info to do this. No one ever responded to my scheduling request. Not a single call or email. I received an automated email from the company weeks later saying I had a payment due - thankfully it said my invoice was $0. I was irritated nonetheless so sent an email to complain about the process - no response.

I just received my credit card bill and I was charged in full for the cleaning that never happened! Needless to say, this is incredibly unprofessional. I suppose they bank on people not checking their credit card statements? There are other cleaning companies in the area. I would recommend trying anyone but this one.

Terrible experience. They left in less than two hours and even though they had my phone number, they never called to tell me to lock the house. Everything was done in a half-assed manner. Window sills were half cleaned. Floor was half cleaned. Look at photos and decide for yourself if this is acceptable. When I called to complain they did come back but they charged me for two visits.

After many calls to complain they agreed to charge for just one visit. Even after two visits the job left a lot to be desired. I don't know how to post photos but if you saw them you would not believe they were even here.

I hired them to do a deep cleaning of our condo to get it ready to go on the market. After having our adult son and his dog stay with us for over a month the place really needed it. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable rate and I will definitely be calling them again!

Very disappointed with my cleaning service. I had never had a cleaning service come before, it's usually something I do myself. However, we are trying to sell our home and wanted a really good "deep clean." Especially because we have 3 dogs. We didn't want our house to smell like dog. I mentioned my dogs on the phone and said that washing the floors was something that was important to me.

I also scheduled it for morning because we had a walk through in the afternoon. When I arrived home at 3pm they were still in the middle of cleaning. Unfortunately they were here for the walk through which made it difficult. That annoyed me but I dealt with it. After they left, however, is when I noticed how poorly they cleaned. There was still dog hair in the corners on the floors.

The floors were not washed. Still very dirty. Counters and such were cleaned which was nice but mopping floors is basic cleaning and they did not do it. They also did not tell us that they broke off the lightbulb inside our range hood above the stove. Half of it was broken off and stuck in there. The other half of the lightbulb was laying on the stove.

The fan and lights for the range hood no longer work. They did not mention they broke something. It almost seemed like they were trying to hide it as the broken lightbulb was hidden in the gas stove burner. This experience makes me hesitant to ever hire someone again to clean my home. I am very disappointed I wasted my money.

I had the best experience with Grakei! Someone called me right away after I made the appointment online to confirm and let me know what to expect from them. Then on the day they came, I let them in, confirmed what rooms they were planning to do, and came home to a spotless apartment! The whole place smells great too. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!

We used Grakei twice and I didn't feel we received the services listed on their site. We did the detailed service package and many of the detailed services weren't performed. When I contacted the business they sent someone over as soon as they could, which was great, but again they missed some of the services listed. We tried one more time, but it was a similar experience so we decided to switch.

The people working were very nice and helpful, but I paid extra to receive the detailed cleaning package and did not get those extra services. The basic cleaning package may be perfect for the weekly or biweekly cleanings, however.

I have stage four metastatic breast cancer, so needless to say, life is a bit hectic and cleaning is low on my list of priorities nowadays, as I would rather conserve my energy for quality time with my four year old and husband. I am in chemo for life and with all of the side effects, cleaning is simply more energy than I have most days. We had. never used a cleaning service before.

But I came upon a charity called Cleaning for a Reason that, unlike so many cancer non-profits, actually HELPS people living with cancer. The team did such an amazing job on our house, I wish we had used a service sooner. Thank you for making our lives easier and my overwhelming to-do list shorter. It was truly life changing at it eased our stress at a very stressful time!

I've been doing research for a service that didn't overcharge and still delivered great services. Grakei (specifically Salli) did a phenomenal job! I just got home and keep finding pleasant surprises of things she did. She arrived on time, was cheerful, and really paid attention to detail. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Competitive hourly rates. Especially, if you are looking to have your home cleaned entirely and to your satisfaction. I highly recommend Grakei.

Grakei Maids, did a great job! First time using their service from a move. They sent 3 maids cleaned the house from top to bottom. Windows, blinds, carpets, you name it. Priced well was only about $10 difference from the quote. Which was fantastic! They did arrive late, but they called asked if they could adjust the time. We were flexible, so not a problem.

And really, if you are doing cleaning or any type of service business often you can't anticipate how much work may or may not go into a job from time to time. Price was great, service was excellent. Would highly recommend!

I've been a customer of Grakei for a little more than a year and am consistently pleased with their service. I appreciate the fact that the same crew shows up each week, and that they are so professional. They're even nice to my dog, which is important to me. Scheduling changes are easily done by email and you should see them work! I am usually gone when they come to clean, but on the occasions I've been home, it's amazing to see how efficient they are. Reasonably priced, reliable and thorough- what more can you ask for?

I would love to be able to review their services and their prices seemed great but after a month of trying we could never get it set up. First they didn't respond to the online request for an estimate so I had to call them instead. We then set up a time for an in home estimate but they didn't show and we got a phone call 30 minutes after our appointment time that the estimator couldn't make it.

It took several more rounds of phone tag to try to set up an initial cleaning and I was never actually able to get our contact to answer a phone call and instead had to leave a message and wait hours for a response. They could not give us a time for our initial cleaning until 6 PM on Sunday for a cleaning on Monday. Finally, the cleaners showed up 4 hours late for the confirmed time we had been given the night before and seemed completely unaware what time they were supposed to have been there. They might do good work but if you are looking for a cleaning service because you are short on time or because you want to save on the hassle good luck.

I can't say enough good things about this company! We've tried several different cleaning services in an effort to find the perfect balance between price and service and these guys are by far the best! They cost less than any other providers we've tried, and do just as much, if not more. They always leave our house sparkling!
