Tidymax provided a top notch service at our new home in Virginia Beach. We had our carpets, tile and dryer vents cleaned. Their technicians were on time professional and courteous. Glad to have come across such a great service provider. Will be using them for our annual cleaning for our home in office.

Please just mail my refund. No, I don't want a credit or another "cleaning" Absolutely the worst carpet cleaning I've had. The carpet is still dirty. Minor stains still there. I pointed out a stain during the inspection and was told they tried their hardest to get it out. I scratched it with my nail and it came out. Hmmmm? Then the "carpet cleaner" went back and sprayed it and it started to come out more.

Still left with all the other stains in every room. I have a toddler so it's just minor spills. The cleaner told me I need to get an expensive vacuum because they don't have the tools to get stains out. Even tho he just corrected one that he said he tried his hardest to get out. I'm an army veteran so I moved around a lot and before I went to a new duty station I always had excellent carpet cleaners.

And I shouldn't have to buy an expensive vac if I'm paying a carpet cleaning company. Not to mention, I never had a carpet cleaning company use my water from my bath tub to fill up their vaccum but Tidy Max did. I usually get the professional lines on the carpet after a cleaning but none of that was done. Didn't look professional at all. He just "raked" the carpet. This is so disappointing. I wish I can post the pics and videos.

They were extremely helpful, quick and friendly. I would use them again and recommend them.

I have white carpet in my bedroom and my dog recently got sick and had a few accidents in the room. I tried everything you can imagine to get the stains out and nothing was working. TidyMax went above and beyond. We had previous tenants with a cat that destroyed the carpeting, padding, and down into the concrete slab. The smell was unbelievable. Tidymax was able to remove, treat and install new carpet and padding. They completely corrected the damage. The odor and damage is totally gone. They turned the entire job around in record time and i was able to rent the house immediately. The amazing job was topped off by friendly professional service at a great price.
