Ben was AMAZING! So professional and explained everything he was going to do before starting. Took before and after pictures and showed me what was in my system. I had construction done in my home and believe me it was a mess. Thanks again Ben for doing such a fantastic job, since phase 2 of construction will begin this fall i will most definitely have you come back out when completed.

Our carpets were in dire need of cleaning after several years of puppy and toddler traffic, so I decided to call Steam Pro. Gina took my call and was very friendly and helpful getting my appointment set up. Steven was the technician that came and cleaned our carpets and furniture upholstery. He was prompt, friendly and did a great job cleaning everything. Very satisfied with how the carpets turned out! Highly recommended - we will be using Steam Pro again!

We had our carpet cleaned this morning by Steam Pro as we are putting our home up for sale in the next few days. We chose them because of the endorsement of Dave Logan and their advertisement through ValuPack. We are deeply disappointed in the outcome. Carpet still look dirty and most of the spots were not removed. Not the quality that we were expecting at all.

He did offer to redo but we were not confident that he would do a good job. We have called Stanley Steamer to come in to correct all of the issues. We would not recommend SteamPro to anyone. Our house goes on the market this week and we just didn't have time to try again. Certainly if we had more time we would have allowed a second chance. Just couldn't take the risk within our timeframe.

We scheduled our detailed carpet cleaning service with Steampro/Steve. Jesus showed up and he was unprofessional & did very poor job. There were stains everywhere. Steve rescheduled to make sure things were done right. Lu showed up in couple of days and it was day & night difference. I appreciate Steve for doing it right and Lu for taking care of someone else's screw up!

I had Steam Pro clean my carpets just before Thanksgiving. We were leaving out of town and when we came back - I could see spots in every room. I called Steam Pro to come out and see what we could do. Jesus showed up on time and we did a walk through on my home. It did not look clean before but I have to say Jesus did an amazing job, day and night difference. I am so thankful he redid our carpets and stairs. Thank you Gina for following up to make sure we were happy.

Steve arrived a bit ahead of schedule, but did text that he was on his way. He took his time to go over what we wanted cleaned. He went over the process with us so that we knew exactly what to expect from beginning to end of the service. Steve was professional, yet personable throughout the service. We would recommend Steam Pro to anyone seeking carpet cleaning services and would most likely call them again for our own cleaning needs.

Had them come in September. 45 minutes. 1 bedroom and closet. 2nd bedroom tiny and furniture so small walking area. $345. Spots everywhere. I used my product and got many stains up. Appointment for yesterday. No show. Called. Not on the books. Out today. 25 minutes. There where hangers on the floor. Never moved. Chipped the drywall on the way out. Too expensive. Poor work. 10 hours with fans on. Still damp Beware

I called Monday they came out Tuesday. The gentleman that helped was professional and quick. Got all our pet stains out. Great service. Then two weeks later I called again, paint was spilled all over my stairs and floor the exact place they just cleaned. They managed to get someone out less than an hour later and cleaned up the paint. He didn't charge us. I was beyond grateful to say the least. Best money spent in a long time. Use them! An actual business that cares about their customers rare to come by these days.

These folks clean our carpets every year. We had them out Friday to clean the carpet and after the tech left and hours later, we noticed a stain on the carpet. It was not there after the cleaning was done, but somehow we caused it afterwards. I called Steam Pro and asked it they would come out and take a look at it, and they did and removed it. Even though it wasn't their fault, they didn't charge us for the stain removal. Excellent customer service.

I discovered Steam Pro in 1999 and haven't used another service since! Customer service is impeccable, the cleaning technicians are polite, detail oriented and very professional. If I could give a higher rating, I would!

We hired this company to clean our carpets before listing our house to sell. The technician showed up and "didn't have the correct water hook up" to use the water from his van. he then asked to use our garden hose and outside spigot. My husband said no problem. Came home from work a few hour later to find water leaking from the outside spigot due to being over tightened and it broke. $800 later. for an after hours plumber to come out and replace it.

Being that the issue shouldn't have happened in the first place, when we informed the owner of the company he became defensive and unwilling to help. A $300 dollar carpet cleaning turned into a $800 plumbing bill.

Exceptional on all levels. From the appointment setting to the clear communication, to the super high-quality clean. Our carpets look brand new and we've had several different companies come over the years. Do not hesitate to use these guys, they're amazing! Jeff is a a great guy, cleaned our house like it was his. I haven't jumped on Yelp to review anyone in ages!

Clowns. I will never use these guys again. Cost 250 dollars. Stained a carpet of mine and never repaired it. Technician gave me guilt trip for having to come out and reclean areas of my carpets and never repaired damaged carpet. Called initially to have carpets cleaned due to Technician never showing up for appointment. Talked with manager more than once. If you want bad service and rude Technician's call this place. They care about themselves and not you.

Jeff came over and did a knock out job. The carpets look amazing. Jeff was great, helped me move furniture around and was in and out quickly. For the price, this was absolutely a great deal!

$189 for 8 rooms and no upselling (seriously, this is a 1st) Lucius worked his butt off on ink and pet stains ( did a great job ). Confirmed the night before, showed up in time frame, really proud of his 19 years experience (including other large name brand companies, of which we used in the past, double the price and not as good). 5 star experience here.

Had Steam Pro come for another cleaning. This is the 3rd time now and Carlos was the tech this time. He did a Great Job. He showed me the trouble spots and explained the procedure he would take to get out tough stains and he got them out. He was friendly, curtious, and professional. Steam Pro seems to be revamping themselves so let's see how it works out for the company. Until next time.

We wanted to remove some very strong pet odors in a couple of areas in our carpeting, and figured we'd been in this house over 5 years, so time to give it a good clean. Did they run the wand over every place I wanted them to? Sure. Did the carpets seem to come clean, not really, no; not noticeably cleaner. Did the pet odors get taken care of?

Not one bit! In fact, they were worse once they were done.until we just tore the carpet/pad out 3-4 days later. The reality is that the treatment for odors was surface level at best. If there is pet urine that has gotten to the pad and absorbed in at any quantity, there's nothing they're going to help you with. I ended up pulling up carpet and pad and spending hundreds on new flooring to take care of the problem.

I wish I hadn't spent $400+ for the cleaning service. It was a waste of money. And, what prompted me to write this note today is that I noticed black streaks on my stairs where it must have needed another pass or two. That will cost me money to clean/replace, too. Do your research. Don't believe the pet odor removal claims. I'm positive there are much better processes out there.

Their worker Sean was great, just really rushed to move on to the next job. He was being run ragged in my opinion. But, he loved his work, so that's one tiny positive. Good luck folks!

This is the second time using Steam Pro. They do not disappoint. Jeff was amazing! My carpets never looked cleaner. He went above and beyond. He was very appreciative of our business and thanked us. Very polite. I even got a call the next business day from Steve asking how the service went. I couldn't be more pleased. They not only care about the carpets, their customer service is top notch. I'm am writing this review for a friend. These guys took advantage of my friend who does not speak English well and charged her over $180 but didn't do hardly any work because they claimed the carpet was already clean. If that was the case they should have charged a reduced rate or nothing at all.

Jake showed up on-time and was super friendly. He called before he showed up to give me an accurate ETA. We walked through the house and went over what needed to be done, and what the different cleaning options were. After that, he got right to work, and worked hard, needing no more guidance from me. This was great because I work from home and he was able to work right around me, without disturbing my work. The carpets turned out great! Thanks Jake and Steam Pro!

Received a mailer and needed to get carpet cleaned. I can't even give a review on work because they didn't show up. After numerous calls and confirmations, the tech "didn't have my ticket" and waited for nearly 4 hours just to be rescheduled. Then got stood up a 2nd time. No call no show. If you have time to waste and nothing else better to do, by all means.

I got a coupon and called to ask about pricing and scheduling to get my ducts cleaned. I was told $159 for 10 vents, $15 for each additional vent, and $40-$60 for my drier vent. I made the appt and the tech showed up in the window they gave me. Upon arrival he quoted me $99 for the drier vent. I told him I was told it would be $40-$60 and he said $60 was the lowest he could go.

He replaced the furnace filter with one of the new ones I had in the furnace room but left the dirty one down there. When he took off the plugs to access my ducts he left the broken pieces all over the floor of the furnace room where my cat walks to get to her food and litter box. I had to vacuum my entire house afterwards because there was dust ball's and debris around every vent and I don't even think he went upstairs to clean the upstairs vents even though I got charged for them.

Their pricing changes upon service and your house will be left messy. I've used Coit in the past and while I didn't want to pay for their prices again it would have been worth it as I didn't have any of these issues when they cleaned my ducts at my previous home. EDIT: I originally gave them one star for duct cleaning, I had my carpets cleaned today, it was part of the package deal, the technician showed up in the time they said he would, he didn't over sell me on anything, he was quick and efficient and clean my carpets well, so I'm giving them 3 stars, I would use them again for carpet cleaning but probably not for duct cleaning

We got our carpets cleaned by SteamPro and were very happy with the work they did. SteamPro sent two technicians to the house for our carpet cleaning and they finished five bedrooms and our stairs in an efficient manner and at a great price. Highly recommend SteamPro for carpet cleaning.

I always use Steam Pro when I need my carpets cleaned. There are coupons available thru a packet in mail or online from moneymailer.com I always like the professionals who come out to my house, this time they sent Zach who did a fantastic job on my carpets. He cleaned up all the stains plus he was a pleasure to talk too. Ask for him!

Luis cleaned my carpets for me. He showed up on time and did the best job of carpet cleaning I ever received. I've had my carpets cleaned often and Luis did the best job of any technican that ever cleaned my carpets. He was very professional and did the job as good as it could possibly be done! I'll call them again anytime!

My daughter spilled make up all over her floor playing dress-up. The make up now a days is a lot of mineral powder and very concentrated. On top of it her and her little cousins got towels and scrubbed it smearing it more into the carpet. I was pretty certain we were going to have to replace it. I called steam Pro, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect.

And truly thinking of canceling considering they're supposed to be a blizzard going on in Colorado. From the moment they called to confirm they've been nothing but kind. David B came out and and I almost died when I saw what a great job he had done but the guy is also so kind and professional! I can't believe what a great job they've done.

He is expecting his third baby soon so give them some business! It's really cool to find someone who's working for a company where they're being paid well and they enjoy what they're doing.

Let's start at the beginning (this will be fairly brief) We bought a fixer upper built in the '70's. In my opinion, I am very handy. Therefore, I do most of the home projects myself. In a few cases, professionals are the way to go. Our home is equipped with central air and heat. Our allergies act up even in the winter and they seem to never let up.

We deduced that the vents could be the culprit. I called 8 companies and they all had varying prices for vent cleaning: somewhere between $150-400. Some had random/hidden prices. Duct Pros didn't. The good -The basic cleaning was good (if you pay the lowest price, all you get is a tech with a vacuum [heads up]) -The tech pulled out about 5 lbs. of dirt, dust, animal fur, construction materials, FIBERGLASS INSULATION, 4 cat toys, etc.

The interesting -When I called to ask questions, the person quoted me the basic price then proceeded to describe their premium service. I was surprised to say the least. -Joe Iannuzzi was our tech. He is certainly a character. Along with rough edges comes a caring individual who takes pride in his work and wants to take care of his customers. He took the time to do the service to its full extent and then some.

The bottom line -Do your homework on the service that you are getting. -Be explicit with the tech on the services that you want and the one's that you don't want. -Expect for the techs to be late to the appointment and to run long. --Get your vents cleaned. there is all kinds of junk in there, who knows what's in them. P.S.--When you have any tech in your home, the likelihood is that they are blue collar individuals and act as such. In the past we've had smashed plants, shoddy work, chipped paint, messes left, rude employees, etc. It just comes with the territory.
