I've been an employee for four years now. It's a good job to work. I've worked at three of there accounts now First Bank, Kipp Academy High School and now currently I'm at The Federal Reserve Bank downtown. This is my favorite account.

ABBCO is a great company to work for! It has been a great fit for me and my co-workers feel like family.

VERY UPSET BECAUSE I WAS CALLED IN FOR AN INTERVIEW.AND I GOT THE POSITION BUT IT TOOK TO LONG FOR ME. SO I CALLED EVERYDAY FOR A WEEK WITH NO REASON AS TO Y MY BACKGROUND WASN'T COMING BAK. I THEN CALLED THE MAN THAT HIRED ME.AND HE TOLD ME BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE AN VERIFIABLE ADDRESS BECAUSE I WAS HONEST AND TOLD THEM THAT I WAS STAYING IN MY FRIEND COUCH. TO ME NOT ONLY IS THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.IT IS ALSO WAS DISCOURAGING TO A PERSON LIKE ME THAT IS IN-BETWEEN HOUSES.

They are terrible to work for. Dont care about employees. And expect the most for 8 dollars a hour. Please dont work for Alexander City or Montgomery division. They make u pay for all your pre hire drug and background check wich is 30 dollars. Thats a days work there. And they want shirts back or u wont get paid! Lol. Seriously? Worn, torn, musty shirts.

Decent place to work part time. Low pay scale, and eventually you end up doing most of the work of two shifts if your good worker. Bosses will give you days off whenever but be sure get everything in writing, take pictures and double and triple check your own work(Centralia, IL Graphic Packaging Location) because the individuals who work for the job site company with find minor things you may have missed and then complain about them.

Even though line workers will threaten, intimidate you, and literally hit you with doors. I moved on because I didnt get a raise after six months, it was night shift with no forward progression possible, and all the aforementioned other troubles of the job site.

Great company to work for if you're trying to make extra money. Pay was $8.25. I worked 4hrs Mon-Thu and 6hrs on Fri. No benefits cause I was part time. If you leave, you better make sure you print pay stubs before you quit. New company took over Nov 1st and ABBCO took me out the system the same day. They took me out the system asap. My other job gave me 30 days before taking me out the systems. Had no way to check my hours to see if I got paid all my hours. You have to wait til pretty much the 31st of January to get your w2. They said they are not processing and mailing them out til January 28th.

I give abbco 4 stars i was employed with abbco for 5 years. Great company but bad employees. There is way too much drama and Debbie the manager is the most biggest drama queen of them all. Ive had my share of abbco. Dont get me wrong.good company to work for but you better be prepared for the drama

ABBCO was the cleaning company we had at my last job which was a publishing company. They did a great job and the building and restrooms were always clean. The Day Porter was always friendly and said hello to everyone. I wish we had ABBCO at my new job.

This company has terrible benefits and will screw up whatever insurance plan you choose to purchase. When they were contracted by my previous employer, ABBCO did not provide adequate equipment to do the work they wanted performed. The on site supervisor they hired had little experience. She has a reputation from 2 previous schools of being a trouble maker and drama instigator.

Management above her was on site little to none. Calls to him and HR were never followed up on and repercussions to employees were fiercely delt. I was a 9 year employee at this job site when ABBCO was contracted, I lasted 10 months with them. The on site supervisor was aggressive, rude, sarcastic, unquilified and honestly unsupervised. She was the most unprofessional leader I've worked with in my entire 30+ years in the job force. I do not recommend this company as an employer.
