We needed our carpet cleaned before listing our home for sale. After having had a bad experience with a carpet cleaning service in the past, I did a lot of research and asked around for local recommendations. Sano Steam ended up being our choice, and it was a great one - they were quick to respond to my inquiry with a quote, were able to move up my appointment when things changed and we needed the work done sooner, and even showed up a full half hour early (after calling to be sure it was okay to do so) to the appointment. If we were staying in town, we would definitely be repeat customers, and we regret not doing this sooner!

Sano Steam did an incredible job of remediating the mold at a 1930's farm house that we are renovating. They even took it upon themselves to further clean up the construction debris. Plus, they are a veteran owned business and amazing leaders in our community. I could not recommend them more highly!

This was my first time using them. They were great! The floors look amazing now! Representative was very professional and worked very hard while here. Price is very reasonable. When the carpets were wet, it looked as if all stains had come out, when dried, a few showed back up, but they were incredibly tough stains. Our carpets look and smell so much better! Let me start by saying this. I am in complete awe of the professionalism shown by Your Company, Sano Stesm Cleaning and Restoration. I received a courtesy call from Ursula letting me know she was in route to our home for our scheduled appointment. She arrived on time! When she and her co-worker arrived Jerry, they both were dressed professionally and wearing masks!
They both got to work right away. taking care of pretreatment and evaluating the rooms. They delivered and beyond! if you need to have Carpets done please call them. I will be using them again for Duct Cleaning and tile cleaning! Truly worth the call to schedule with them! A huge shout out to Ursula and Jerry! Thanks so much!

I called Sano Steam to clean my hardwood floors, which had been damaged by inappropriate cleaning. They were responsive and timely. The technicians were delightful and did a good job on the floors. If they had been a bit more thorough (i.e., under sofa and chairs), or charged a bit less, I would had added another star! As it is, I would happily recommend them.

Needed a rush carpet cleaning and they were able to accommodate my time frame. On the day of, the tech Scott, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very professional as I showed him the areas that needed cleaning. He went to work and was able to get out all but one of the stains the contractors had left. I was pleased that we would be able to get a few more years out of the carpet thanks to the job he did. I have used Sano Steam before, and I have always been pleased with the job they have done. I will continue to use them!

Omar and his team are about as responsive as they come. Their charges are fair and the quality of the work I've received from them has been way above what we've experienced w/ other providers.and we've used them multiple times for carpet cleaning, water cleanup/restoration, and other misc tasks. I would highly recommend!
