Waited a very long time to have my blinds repaired. I called and they said they would call when they came in. They did not call back. Finally I called back after another month had passed and magically they had "just come in". I had them fix a different set of blinds a couple of years ago and it was a good experience. Not this time.

We had a great experience with Continental Blinds. We purchased Hunter Douglas cellular blinds for 12 windows and sliding panels for the patio door. Everyone we dealt with from the owner to the office receptionist and installers was courteous and knowledgeable. The installers completed their work in only an hour and a half, cleaned up everything, and were careful to make sure everything was level. Both the salesperson and technician arrived 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. Thank goodness I was home and available. Picking out the blinds was painless, but the cost ($$$$) was painful. The blinds also arrived earlier than expected. That was nice. Considering the cost, it would have been satisfying & appreciated if the technician would have brought a small Shop vac to clean up the mess from drilling. All that said, the blinds were perfect!
