Please remove breakables and nick nacks from tables and other pieces that will be moved by our crew. If there is a large amount of small items such as boxes, magazines, shoes, plants, etc., please remove them if you want the carpet cleaned in these areas. Arrange for pets and children to be away from the area we are cleaning, and away from all equipment, hoses, etc. About an hour per 300 cleanable square feet. This varies depending on soil, size of job and the number of technicians performing the work.

Chris, the owner/operator went above and beyond in my cleaning. We had recently remodeled and have pets (one is elderly) so he took his time and did a deep clean of my carpets, tile, grout and patio furniture cushions. He was prompt, professional and personable and even though I did not constantly watch him I saw that his attention to detail was. meticulous and he uses equipment that I have not seen in 40 years of having my carpets cleaned before. Needless to say I was thoroughly impressed and will happily be using his services again in the future and will refer him.++++

This company is diligent and honest! The staff is incredibly nice and professional. They only charge you for the area that they clean, not by room which is a big plus to me where I have large furniture that I have no intention of cleaning under! I have been amazed by the types of stains they have been able to remove! I've had ground in silly putty. that I thought could never come out, they got it out (not even a trace left)!
Plus they take real precaution to protect walls, furniture, and prop up any type of furniture that could potentially bleed onto your carpet during the drying process. I'll never use anyone else!

I've used Chris multiple times to clean carpet and have always been pleased with his work. Just recently I had him clean some very light grout and tile that my renters had turned black and it looks absolutely amazing I never thought or would've come that clean but Chris has performed his magic again
