On very short notice (less than 1 day) was able to schedule cleaners through Maid in America for an apartment move-out. Everyone was very responsive and informative. They did a tremendous job.

They did a great job! Recently sold my home and I needed to get a cleaning scheduled I called multiple companies, they either did not service my area are did not respond. I called David he was very polite and friendly and so was his team I was a little nervous that it would not get done in the required amount of time, but once I viewed the house after they were done I was very impressed! Thank you so much for the hard work and attention to detail!

They did an awesome job on deep cleaning my new apartment. Made such a difference. Attention to detail was great, they climbed up on the counters to reach places I didn't have the energy to deal with.

We've used this service for years and have always been very pleased with our regular house cleaner. I can't say how many times my wife and I would come home after a busy day to a spotless home, grateful that Rosa came! Management is friendly and very responsive to customer's needs. I called last minute for a move out deep clean job for a property that will be sold. David answered the phone and got a team out to the property the next day and they did a fantastic job.

David was super helpful. We called him up needing a last-minute cleaning for a house turnover. It was a special situation where we needed a few key items targeted. He broke down the compensation structure for cleanings, gave me some insight into how much work goes into a standard cleaning, then rearranged his schedule to accommodate us. This is my first time using a cleaning service. We used Maid In America for a move-out cleaning. They arrived on time and did an amazing job - floors, oven, fridge, bathrooms - everything was was extremely clean. The best part is that the price they quoted was spot on and there were no hidden fees or costs. Oh, but don't forget to tip them - they work super hard and deserve it!

Dave is super helpful, he's got a personal touch to help you figure out exactly what you need within your budget. I've done a more routine spring cleaning and a full move-out cleaning. During the move-out cleaning the power went out in my neighborhood, but the team did a great job to get as much knocked out before dark as they could. It ended up working out, but I appreciated the extra effort and flexibility.

Don't recommend. Cleaning lady used our toilet paper to clean our bathrooms, multiple rolls of toilet paper. Seemed like she didn't have adequate cleaning supplies to do the job. After she finished all the toilet paper she used our paper towels. She didn't know how to clean the water spots from the faucets and said they wouldn't clean because they were "old", so I showed her how to wipe them with a microfiber cloth.

At the end of the day I blame the company and not the maid for the service, they are either not training their employees or giving them adequate supplies or adequate pay to get the things they need to do their jobs. Edit: yes, David, you did indeed provide services at my home. I have added some photos of the job and text message between you and I to help jog your memory.

I had my property deep cleaned along with carpet cleaning. They did a fantastic and thorough job cleaning my house from top to bottom. David, the owner, is extremely professional, friendly and was a pleasure to work with. From the start, he was very upfront and transparent with every single thing. He would walk you through and explain the whole cleaning process and what exactly his team will do. I would highly recommend his cleaning company.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness of Maid In America. They went over and above my expectations to make sure that my Airbnb was clean in time for the next guests. The cleaner did an excellent job and left everything just as we had requested. Will definitely be using them again. Communication with the owner is excellent too.

Truly awful service. We booked David's deep clean, move-in service - which was estimated for 8-10 hours of work (divided amongst two cleaners). We let the cleaners in and had to leave for a bit, by the time we were back in three hours they were already gone. I fully believe now that they just left the house as soon as we did. There was NO evidence of any cleaning having been done.

No surfaces were cleaned anywhere in the house. My family spent the entire night cleaning the house ahead of the painters coming the next day and I took video of all of our work. Maid in America charged my card. I reached out to David with tons of photos and videos. To his credit, he did not try to argue when I asked for a full refund and the charge was removed by the next day. That's the only positive thing I can say - at least he didn't try to bullsh*t me any further.

It was a truly disappointing experience. We were really looking forward to getting this work done and instead had to have the whole family up all night. I never got an explanation of what actually happened. I was skeptical of using this service due to some of the reviews but was desperate for the help. Please learn from my experience and don't make the same mistake. Attaching just a few pics, but happy to share more & videos for anyone who's skeptical of this review.

Reliable and fast at taking your money too I asked owner to quote me and initially asked him what I needed and he said they could fold clothes then asked me to leave a list for the cleaning people when he had asked me to do that prior to the quote job didn't get done and he charged me $175 and it was not a deep cleaning or two story house as he usually charges for a deep clean and for a two story house

Maid in America did a stunning job cleaning our home! I was going to host a family reunion at my house last weekend and wanted it to be extra sparkly and fresh. Booking was easy, the price was reasonable, and they were able to come in a couple days. They arrived early with their arsenal of cleaning supplies and got right to work. They stayed for 2 hours and did a fantastic job. They were also very friendly. I will with out a doubt be using their services again.

Arrived a half hour late, did a less than adequate job. Missed a vent in the bathroom, did not clean the toilet. The total cost when dividing dollars by labor hours came to $78 per hour. $470 for 4 people working for an hour and an half. For unskilled labor and the results I received, this is excessive. They would not clean the balcony due to the surface being textured, I had to go buy a mop in order for them to clean the balcony.

I could understand this if I had been trying to find the cheapest cleaners, but I clearly hadn't As I was waiting for the cleaners to arrive, I contacted the office and let them know that arriving late may cause the job performance to be diminished due to it being darker later, and lack of fixed lighting in some parts of the condo, rescheduling was not offered. I cleaned the floors again after they left. The only good thing I would say is that the person in the office is responsive to messages.

I needed a Move Out Cleaning Service for my Fathers Condo. He had passed and his place was very dirty from 16 years of not cleaning. I called on David and his crew at Maid In America. He quoted a very reasonable rate and sent in 3 very detail oriented tech to clean this place up so I could present it back to the Landlord. I was AMAZED at the quality of the work, and the best part, his quote was very accurate. I highly recommend this company. David and his team are #1. I used Maid in America for over three years while stationed in San Diego. The owner, David, was always accommodating and professional with us and the cleaning crews he sent did a great job for us at a reasonable price. I would recommend without reservation hiring David to take care of your cleaning needs.

I used Maid in America today for my one bedroom apartment in La Mesa. They did an exceptional job. I couldn't be more happy. My place was pretty bad in terms of filth. The inside of my fridge, freezer, and cabinets had spots all over and now everything is sparkly and white. They even rearranged my decor after they cleaned to make my apartment look more spacey, pretty, and organized. I was astounded when I got home from work at how great my place looked, I immediately jumped online to write this review!

These guys were really nice, hardworking and eager to please. They did a very good job on the move-out cleaning service for my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with ten foot ceilings and a ton of windows.

As a busy working wife and mom with a husband that serves in the Navy and is gone a lot, I do not have time to clean my house thoroughly on the weekends. Maid in America was just what our family needed. Marisol comes once a month, shows up on time and does a fantastic job. Our house stays clean with minimal upkeep from me. We're always glad to see her. If you're looking for a maid service, hire them!

I needed cleaning on my studio that I was moving out of, and I knew I needed a cleaning service, because it needed A LOT of work. I decided to go with Maid in America, and I can honestly say that they did an AMAZING job. The price is very affordable, and the quality of service is superior. I don't quite understand how anyone can give this company a bad review. They are flexible, they communicate well, and they get the job done, plain and simple. If you are looking for a cleaning service, look no further.

We called them on a Wednesday to ask if we can get cleaners including carpet cleaning on a Friday. They agreed they have people they can send on short notice. Great! They are smooth talkers before they get your credit card number. They immediately charge your credit card and you wait for an email and then voila - the promise is their people are punctual and efficient. Friday comes and the house cleaners arrive at 8:30am on the dot.

The house is empty (we are moving in) and the cleaners were very nice and efficient. We were promised the carpet cleaners were also gonna be there At 8:30am. At 9am, still no carpet cleaner - we called the Office number, no answer. We left several voice messages - no reply. We asked the house cleaners to help us call their boss- no response. We messaged this business on Yelp - no reply. David Heinzman- the sweet talker who promises prompt employees - has not replied, nor answered, not apologized, nor has given any explanation from 9am that Friday - up to now!

We haven't heard from David since he charged our credit card! Is he still alive? Does he really exist? A lone Carpet cleaner came at 12:15pm (4 hours late with no apologies) Shampooed and worked on the carpet for 30 mins and left a half as$ job. We again called their office, left message to complain that the quality of the work is so bad; and we again Yelp-messaged the company and still no reply!

At 3pm a totally different person showed up to say he's gonna re-do the carpet (he didn't know what happened to the 1st carpet cleaner). "I was just told to go to this address" he said. He worked a good hour on the carpet and did a better job for sure. 5 stars on the house cleaner. Negative zero on the business ethic. David Heinzman: news flash - your customer's time is as valuable as yours.

Don't leave your customers hanging after you charge their credit card. Call back with good or bad update. Respond when the paying customer asks you to. Simple business 101. Read on it. Your email/contract admonishes the client to "respect our terms". Guess what? The paying customers demand the same respect you seek.

I usually don't have the time to make comments about services, but in some cases you should show your appreciation for service. Over the years I have tried different cleaning services and I have never been happier with the consistency of reliable hard working people than the people Maid In America send, now I know why you have been in business 18 years. Thank You!
