Westlake Power Washing

No other company in the Greater Austin area was able to take care of the mold and mildew that had accumulated on my limestone over the years. The did a fabulous job. The entire outside of the house looks brand new.

They were really easy to schedule a free estimate with. They were punctual and efficient in assessing everything we needed done and gave a reasonable price quote. They showed up on time to perform the service and then were quick and thorough in washing the windows on a two-story house. The inside and outside of the windows looked amazing after their service. The windows let in so much light and made the house look so bright! I highly recommend their window washing services.

We've lived in our house for 27 years. We never had the limestone exterior cleaned. Westlake Home and Commercial services did a fantastic job of cleaning the stones and the mortar.

Ricky and Justin did an excellent job of pressure washing my front porch, sidewalk, back patio and the exteriors of all the windows. They carefully removed and cleaned all the screens and made the windows gleam. Little did I know that my patio stones were originally white! They were on time, courteous, professional and very respectful of my property. I would recommend them to anyone needing these residential services.

Ricky arrived on time with a courteous introduction and greeting wearing a mask and using social distancing. He took the time to survey the house inside and out before beginning and informed me everything that he was going to do. He was methodical and very organized with his work.took his time but was diligent. He was very respectful of our personal property both inside and out. I love working with Westlake Home and Commercial! We have a luders stone patio that has been subject to mildew growth. The first time I had the patio cleaned and sealed, I used another company and was extremely disappointed in the service I received as well as the quality of the work. The next time I had the patio cleaned and sealed, I tried Westlake Home and Commercial.

I have used them 2 times now and I couldn't ask for a better experience. They excel in every way - excellent customer service from a very professional staff, very quality work and a desire to make sure the job is done right. They set the standard for great service!

It was difficult to find a company that could wash my third story, large picture windows. The friendly Westlake workers did a great job both inside and out. I shall definitely use them again, and I recommend them without reservation.

I had two jobs. One was to re-stain our pergola. This was supposed to be a one day job, but I wasn't that optimistic. The crew arrived on time but were unprepared for the power washing. Maybe they didn't know they need to or it wasn't until I pressed them? So, they had to go get a power washer which ate up a 2 hours and started late. Also, they didn't budget for having to do two coats.

So it became a 2-day job. The powering washing was subpar. They missed quite a few spots but stained over them anyway. They didn't stain a few areas so some of the crew had to come back the next day - day 3. After all that we were happy, but slightly disappointed in the lack of care / organization for the job. The second job was to power wash our flagstone patio under the pergola and some flagstones on our walkway.

I was told that it was going to be a "gentle" power washing. I even asked the crew if the granite would be removed after the power washing and was told no. Unfortunately, these were false statements, afterwards the granite in between the flagstones was gone and sprayed onto our plants and into our flower beds. We also have a lot of plants around the pergola.

Some of these were damaged and covered with cleaning agent, and may not survive. Not sure if this was caused by the intensity of the power washing or the cleaning agent to get rid of the mildew on the stones destroyed the plants. The stones look great but overall we are not happy with the lack of care that should've been taken for our job. I chose Westlake HCS based on some these reviews. Maybe others don't have that many plants were power washing is done. Or, having done during the late fall, early winter when plants are dormant.

I had this contractor come out to do some pressure spraying and cleaning at one of the water plants that my company runs. John and Estevao performed an excellent job. They were very thorough, safety conscious, and professional. Highly recommend this company as they get the job done in a timely fashion, with integrity and hard work.
