I've used Abolish Dirt for the last 6 years and they are experts when it comes to "make ready" jobs! They are so friendly, flexible and their staff does an excellent job. I highly recommend them. We have now begun using them on a monthly cleaning basis and it's been great! You can count on the fees and rates you are quoted from your consultation, as there's no hidden fees. What a great house cleaning maid service. We've used a few others companies in the past. The work was always good at first but then you'd start to notice the cleaning goes down hill, but not with Abolish Dirt. Pat and Abolish Dirt have done an outstanding job for me for over 10 years! I did explain why I wore a mask. I have an extremely severe allergy to dust. I wear one when I do yard work and even in my own house to clean. I also carry epipens for this. I will post pics. You can see the floor. There was a drying fan in the kitchen, but that wasn't her fault. The apartment complex had a water leak on Halloween. Also, if the floor was not visible, she would have been evicted a long time ago. The smell was a cat box that I was there to clean out.

I first used Abolish Dirt 17 years ago when I lived in Austin at that time - they always did a great job, and, I asked for the same person to come again each time once I got to know her back then. Then, 8 years ago, I reconnected with Pat, the owner, and never worried - she always calls, texts, and follows up to schedule the cleaning, and afterwards to check if it went okay.

The one or two times one of the newer cleaners wasn't up to par, Pat always made it right immediately. I've since moved again from Austin, but have a rental property I've kept, and, between tenants, I don't worry - just call her, set up a time, and trust her as to how long it takes - she is honest if it is a quick clean, and doesn't overcharge me.

I had scheduled this service to clean a home that was recently vacatied. The person who cleaned it didn't even vacuum the carpet. That's the easiest thing to do in a vacant home. The cabinet shelves were still dirty, toilets not cleaned and many ledges not dusted. We called the company and they sent someone out the next day. They did a slightly better job but after paying $280 we felt ripped off. We ends up hiring a different person to do the job correctly and completely.

I chose this company after hearing their ad on a radio station. I trust the advertising on this station and, after cleaning my house, I was validated! The lady who has cleaned my house several times did a great job and I have absolutely no complaints. Please don't let one negative review sway you about this company - they have been in business for years and that speaks for itself.

I've been using Abolish Dirt Cleaning for 8 years. They do a great job cleaning my house and the owner herself calls to make sure I'm satisfied. If there is ever a problem she will send the cleaning person back out to make it right! I've never had to do this but it's nice to know I can. I prefer to support local business and I appreciate how hard Pat works to make sure all of her customers are happy. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else and I can highly recommend this company!

Abolish Dirt has been cleaning my home for. let's see, over 2 years now? Pat (the owner) is great to work with--friendly, funny and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable and she will clean every 3 weeks (some places wouldn't do that), and she either calls or emails to remind me they are coming. They always do a great job and if you are dissatisfied in any way she will have the girl come back and fix it. I HIGHLY recommend Abolish Dirt!
