I have been a big fan of the cleanery. Infact i used them all the time and ran to them when I moved back to NM! I realized that they started charging more for their services with out stating it up front. On my french cuff shirts they charged and extra dollar but did not not state this. However the extra charge did not include folding and pressing.

When I called to address this, they person I spoke with said they would handled this, but this means travelling to the location (again) and dealing with the situation. Even if I was ok with this, it means that I need to spend close to $6 per shirt. Unbelievable!

The staff are probably the most friendly and kind people I've met. When I bring an item in for cleaning, they educate me about the various specials so I can save money. I recommend this dry cleaner!

I called this business, to see if they dry cleaned fedora hats? The person who answered, was Selena. She answere, d so nice and professional, like waiting to help. BIG KUDOS TO HER. the first dry cleaning place I called said, you have to take it to a hat shop, wrong. The Cleanery did an Outstanding job, on my fedora hat and so inexpensive. When I picked up my hat, Scott was the one who helped me at the counter.

Another AWESOME encounter at the desk. I told him about my experience with Selena. Customer service has gone out the window, since the Pandemic hit. Everywhere you go for service, it's like they don't have the time for you. I will pass on my experience to everyone that know who needs any dry cleaning services, done. The Cleanery is our go-to place for dry cleaning. Everyone is professional, and lovely to work with. Also, they have always had our items ready earlier than expected, and at a reasonable price.

I had a pair of pants starched and pressed. They were able to meet the short time frame and did a wonderful job. It was my first time there and I was very pleased with their services. I highly recommend tgem.

I have used The Cleaners for the last 5 years. They always do a great job with dry cleaning my clothes and have wonderful customer service. They also send email and text reminders, which is great fore because sometimes I forget to pick up my things in a timely manner. One of my favorite things about this business is that if someone has a job interview and needs clothes dry cleaned, but can't really afford it, they will do it for free. What an amazing community service!

Convenient location, very friendly staff and high quality service. They take excellent care of your clothes! Found them for my son's shirts, and I told him this is the only dry cleaners he should use.

I asked for press patches on the sleeve (professionally done), and instead I get none completed. The dry cleaning was good with medium starch. New shirts with new patch work may be the reason why it was somewhat difficult to press solid (?) Three star rating at this point.

At the time I initially dropped off my items, I found out I was drastically misquoted the cost of my items (ex. Quoted $10 for a jacket and sweater, but got charged $18 each for them). This is almost 2x the price of the initial quote. Most dry cleaners require payment upfront, but this place does not. So it's essentially your word against theirs.

When I brought up the misquoted price, the employee whose name is Jodie, was extremely rude, obnoxious, and very unprofessional. She even yelled at me, and when other customers started arriving, she continued her rant. I received a 15% discount, but it was no where near my initial quoted price. I was a first time customer and this will definitely be my last time ever frequenting that place.

Anyone who treats their customers in that manner should be fired! It doesn't matter how good they claim they are, if their customer service is severely lacking, they do not deserve to have my future business!

They did a wonderful job cleaning my suit and dress shirts for a wedding. They delivered it too!

First time customer of The Cleanery, will definitely use them again in the future. Took two suits to them on Tuesday morning and got them back on Friday. For $18/each set, I thought this was a great bargain, looked like I just bought them from the store. They offer pickup and drop off but I ended up taking it to the store since they were so close. I chose then for the distance from my house and the great ratings in Google Maps.

They pick up my dirty clothes and bring them back to my front door clean! What more needs to be said.this service is frankly awesome! I normally travel for work and wear a 3 piece suit. They work with my travel schedule to get my stuff and deliver it. I am very satisfied with the service I get from this business.

We've taken a comforter there (~$40-45 for a king size comforter), and one of my husband's suits - all have come back in perfect condition, and actually have been ready before the estimated date they gave us. Love that they text you when your stuff is ready, so it's very efficient. I didn't realize they are green and eco-friendly, but it makes me all the more happy to continue being a customer to them. Plus, they've always been very polite and helpful when I come in.

The Cleanery is awesome! They do such an excellent job and take very good care of your clothing. A lab coat cleaning typically costs $10 here but every time I visit, I've received a coupon for my next visit, making the cost around $6. The staff is also very pleasant and I would recommend this place hands down!

I won't take my clothes any where else. Other places have ruined garment pieces in the past. I have peacefully and confidently drop off many items from cashmere to lace without a single worry.

The cleanery is great! It's tucked inside of a cute little shopping center in NE Heights. The owner + staff is SUPER nice, always welcoming! They take such good care of my garments + house rugs etc. Pro Tip: If you live in a house in the surrounding areas, they will pick and deliver (door to door). They don't do delivery to apartments at this time. I'm renting but I don't mind dropping and picking up, they are always so friendly.

Grade A service! So glad I found this place. Also, they always help me carry my things to the car. Great cleaners that knows how to care for all kinds of fabrics and you can trust your expensive garments with them.

This review is for leather cleaning. i brought some dresses here too, but honestly I can't tell if they're cleaner because they didn't look dirty to begin with :) **LEATHER CLEANING TAKES 5-6 WEEKS**. Your leather item goes out of state somewhere for a long time; it's like sending your kid to camp. When I dropped it off, my light tan jacket was noticeably dirty from oils, especially around the collar and wrists.

It came back (from camp) looking like it'd been scrubbed within an inch of its life; I'd say it 90% cleaner (which is a lot better than when i took it to Kitch Cleaners on Lomas; I did not expect 100% cleaner, i don't think that's possible). Bill was a little over $50, which was worth it for me.

Fabulous customer service and they use 'green' products, safe for environment, safe for your clothes! No smelly stuff here. They give great care to fine items, and being a clothing addict I appreciate the care that they take. If you haven't used them in a while, try them out now.
