I found a coupon on ValPak. I called for service because I wanted to try another cleaner. I should have checked the reviews which aren't good. The technician came to my door and started and was finished in 20 minutes. There was a dark spot where my bed was and when I went to touch it it was animal hair. I think a powerful suctioning machine should get that up.
There was a dark area where an end table was. I was told that can't be cleaned. So, I took some Tide and water and it came off. Very disappointed. Times are hard enough. I'll check Yelp first before I book anything again.

AJ was outstanding. Took care of some queued up carpet stretching requests as well as thoroughly cleaned all of our carpets. Was a high-quality and high-effort job at a very affordable price. Horrible. Guy just sprayed water on my floor and carpet looked the same when finish. Three guys came, Why I have no clue. I had to tell them to start the cleaning because they were just standing around After they left I noticed they threw their leftover chicken and paper plates in my driveway. I gave away $90 for nothing. Would not recommend yo anyone. Complete rip off!

My carpet cleaner was courteous and fast. My carpets needed to be stretched and cleaned. They were able to do both in the matter of 2.5 hours! They communicate very well using email, text, and phone calls to let you know when to expect them. I was very pleased with their service and will be using them again in the future.

They can't spell every other word on their website. If you don't confirm you're at home immediately before they arrive they just don't show up and try to bill you. When they finally do arrive, their cleaning products really smell bad. The guy cleaned four rooms in about ten minutes and left. Amaturish company.

In early May, My Carpet Cleaner, cleaned my carpet. I was unhappy because of many spots were left by their cleaning solution. No problem! They sent a very pleasant man out to re-do the spots. He did a fine job! I chose them because they advertised estimates on carpet repair and stretching, both of which I need. They discontinued both of them long before I used them, AND they are offering them their ad.

These people were great. Called A.J. with quick request (furniture delivery pending) and they came out on Saturday so carpet could dry before furniture arrived Monday. Nader was the tech and he took his time explaining things, was polite and treated our house like it was his. Will use this service again. Great 1st time response and customer service.
