Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The rug still smell like dog urine! They said they can 100% remove the smell! Plus they barely vacuum the dog hair! Sterling has visited our house twice now. Each time he leaves our sofa (which our dog loves to pee on) looks brand new! He is always on time, quick and professional. Plus, he's a really nice guy. Even our dog likes him, and our dog hates having strangers in the home. Service: Pet stain & odor removal

Friendly staff but they failed twice at cleaning an area rug we took them for dog foot odor. I was explicit about the pet odor and paid $175 for a full cleaning. I called to report they were unsuccessful and they agreed to reclean and deodorize. Based on being told pet odor was their specialty, I was disappointed to find the rug still smelled like dogs feet. I left it rolled up in the garage for a week and it reaked so bad that I donated the $775 rug to Salvation Army.

These guys are fantastic! Their service is excellent and they have always been very responsive in the few years I've been using them. We took a gamble getting white sofas, having two young boys. Thanks to Sterling at ASC, they remain white and we don't have to worry. And these are in our family room and get a lot of use! we are a very social family so we always have company, including tons of kids over.
I noticed that Sterling is conservative in setting my expectations but I'm often pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the results. Thank you to Austin Specialty Cleaners for allowing us to get the furniture of our dreams and not have to stress about it at all.

Extremely disappointed. I brought a rug in on March 9th for cleaning. They said it would be ready the following Friday and to pick it up then and pay online. I paid online and went in on Saturday. He loaded the rug into my car and I immediately noticed that is still smelled like dog and they was still leftover strings from my dogs toys all over it.
I went back inside to tell him it wasn't cleaned and he came out and said it sure wasn't. He apologized and said they will clean in on Monday and have it delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no rug. I called today and they said they forgot. It was delivered today. The rug looks like it was vacuumed. The walking areas still look dirty and it still smells like dog.
Not only did they forget to clean my rug for a week then they forgot to deliver it and after all that it doesn't even seem clean. I truly feel I wasted money on this service.

We had a guest spill red wine on a sleeper sofa and didn't tell us about it till the next day. I took the cushions into Austin Specialty Cleaners and the next day they were absolutely perfect. One of the staff even told me about an amazing stain remover I could use on the part of the sofa I couldn't bring in and it was also amazing. And the price was very reasonable.
