Dave from Mr. Steemer came to clean my Mexican tile floor that looked like it had never been cleaned! We bought the home recently knowing the floors needed cleaning, I spoke with other contractors and decided to use Mr. Steemer based on the conversation. Dave was very polite and professional, after speaking with him on the job, I would also say he's very trustworthy! The company sent me a gentleman over to take care of my marble floors and I was just so amazed on how everything turned out. My marble floors in the bathroom shined as if it were glass. He was very, very professional at what he was doing and even went a step further and shined up the marble floors at the entrance of my house at no extra charge. This marble hasn't been serviced in 20 years and it looked dull and ugly.

Service rep was unprofessional and unprepared to do the job. Did not follow standard safety procedures. Tried to put a ladder on the top of his van to access the roof. Even worse, was the customer service of the dispatcher and supervisor. I do not recommend this company at all. To top it off, the service guy dumped the lint put on my lawn.

The person who came to my home to clean my dryer vent arrived in an unmarked, run down van with old, dirty equipment. Right away he wanted to up charge me for a service he stated I needed. After cleaning the dryer, he ended up breaking my dryer. I'm now stuck with a broken dryer and the company stated they would send out someone to fix the issue but, I have yet to see or hear from anyone during the scheduled appointment. Very unhappy customer

I am giving a good review because the grout just wasn't clean enough and I called the office and they sent the man back. He spent lots of time on it and it looks much better. Turns out some of the stains in the grout just could not come out, but point is they came back - that means a lot.

I read the reviews after I met Avi. I was very hesitant after reading some bad reviews but after meeting with him I went with my gut and went through with the service anyway. He seemed like a very honest man. Very polite and informative with everything I needed done. My rugs were in very bad condition and even needed water restoration. I really wanted to take the time and leave this positive review because I'm completely blown away by the Amazing job Avi did!

My carpets look better than when I moved into my townhouse 3 years ago! He was able to remove pet stains and water damage! Great price! job of 3 rooms and one hall way was done in about 2 hours. WORST COMPANY EVER HIRED FOR SERVICE! DO NOT use this company! They are crooks who overcharged my fiancee $300 to clean the Dryer Vents. Upon doing the work, the worker went into the attic and brought upstairs a heavy piece of equipment. A piece that looked too heavy for just him and I asked if he needed a hand. He saw that I was taking care of my 15 month old daughter, and said he didn't need help.

Upon his completion, He quickly wanted me to pay and sign the final form. I had my daughter in my hands at that moment, so I couldn't go check at that moment, however, I noticed the very next morning that we had a crack in our ceiling in the master bedroom, just below the attic. We immediately called the company and got a voicemail, Left a message with no response.

We tried back a few days later, and spoke with someone about having the worker contact us directly. He did and came out to view the damages. He then told me he didn't believe he did make the crack in the ceiling, and we had a "He said/He said" discussion. I know 100% that mark wasn't there before, It's a obvious mark and I would have noticed it in the master hallway by the closet that leads to the attic.

He then told me, "let me talk to my boss and I will get back to you by Saturday." It was Monday at that point so I thought that was strange and we were about to be screwed. I mentioned to him if he didn't get back to me I would write a review of this and his reputation meant nothing. It's now Tuesday a week after and no response or call. So today i reached out to the customer service of the Chat, and his name was Leo.

He stated the worker said to me is was my fault and not his and that's how it was left. Leo also said to me "Go ahead" at the end of the conversation and I just felt they don't care and they are a complete disgusting scam. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY! ANYONE BUT THEM! I wouldn't write this if i wasn't sure. They are crooks and deserve Karma.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Only posting a 1 star because 0 is not an option. Have never experienced a more poorly run, unprofessional "company". Terrible from the start, Cancelled my appointment multiple times with no notice. Then, they cleaned my couch and absolutely destroyed it. The solution they used interacted with my couch fabric and left bright green stains all over the couch.

They claimed to have filed an insurance claim for replacement but said it was denied. Refused to work with me to fix the problem. Issue went on for months, they started not answering phone calls and not returning calls. When they did answer, they often would hang up on me. DO NOT USE THEM!

I have used Dr. Steemer twice and both times I have been very happy with the job he did. He cleaned many types of carpets and area rugs in my house. He was honest and up front about everything. His price was very fair and he stood by his word. I will definitely use them again.

Avi, the owner of the company and his assistant came and gave a quote for the job. They began the job immediately. They were able to remove some really nasty dog urine stains on my two fabric-covered sofas. The sofas look as good as new. My price ended up being more than I thought, since Avi said it required deeper cleaning than what was quoted to me over the phone. I'm glad I was able to use a local company to do the job. I would definitely recommend Dr Steemer.
