Year 2 Once again Apex did a great job on my carpets and the price was reasonable. Ron treated the carpet first, cleaned and spray an anti dirt agent. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. This is the second year and we will have them back. Year 1 Apex Floor and Furniture Care, stretched and cleaned my carpets. They did a GREAT job.

Their staff (Ron and Joel) were polite, professional and knew exactly what they needed to do to get the job done and finished in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable and I will be calling them back next year. I definitely would recommend Apex Floor and Furniture Care to others.

I want to thank Jackie and the crew from Apex for doing a great job on stretching our carpet. The carpet had a bump that ran from one side of the room to the other. It was there when we bought the house. They explained what caused it and steps that would be taken to correct the problem. They were punctual and fixed the problem with minimal interruption to our daily live and at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend using their service for any carpeting need.

Ron and Jackie Wood are the best! We've had a few other companies come and clean our carpets over the years but they don't come close to the quality work done by Apex FFC. From the time you call for an appointment to the completion of the job, you are treated as if you were their only customer. Very responsive to what you want done, you're given an arrival time and Ron calls you to let you know he's on his way.

We took advantage of their Platinum Package that provides deodorizing and protector in addition to their rotary extraction cleaning process. When you spend good money for carpeting you want to keep it looking great for many years and that's what you get with Apex.

We hired another company to clean our floors who did a really poor job. A friend recommended Apex Flooring what a huge difference. We actually got the shine back! Apex was able to get the job done fast. We are super pleased and highly recommend this company.

They are awesome! Very friendly, very professional. They scheduled me in as soon as they could and then called me when they had a sudden opening to get it done sooner. Our experience with Apex Floor Care was excellent from beginning to end! They did an excellent job of stretching and cleaning our carpet. We didn't have to remove our furniture for them to complete the stretching or cleaning. Great customer service. I had these professionals come out to a house I just purchased. The rug looked worn and had a couple of stains I was not so sure would come out. Both gentlemen that came out were polite and professional. They put these wall protectors around the corners to protect my walls. When they were done, the carpets looked almost brand new. The stains I was worried about.you couldn't even tell they were there. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned.

Apex employees were very punctual and very professional. They cleaned 3 rooms and the stairwell that had a few spots from former renters and the carpet looked like new when finished. They also stretched the carpet in the Master bedroom and it has stayed stretch since they did the job. I would highly recommend them.

Our carpets had major appearance issues, as they were not installed correctly by the home builder. Apex did a fantastic job of power stretching and flattening the wall to wall carpets in our upstairs bedrooms and closets. They also cleaned the carpets so they look like new again. Apex provided an accurate cost estimate and arrived on time as scheduled. They operated their equipment carefully, and left our carpets very clean and looking great. This company was recommended to me by a local flooring company. I called and scheduled an appointment. They were on time. Were dressed professionally in uniforms signifying their company name/logo. They came with a binder that contained pictures of previous jobs, a list of their credentials and certifications, and recommendations. They were honest about the job they could do and knowledgable regarding other products used by competitors.

Their pricing was fair and on target with other quotes I received. When they came to complete the job.they again were on time, professionally dressed in uniforms, and provided excellent service. We were happy with both jobs they completed and would definitely recommend them to others and use them again in the future. It is quite refreshing to deal with a company this professional.

I have used Apex for a home that I purchased that was a foreclosure. Needles to say, the carpets were an absolute disaster. It looked like the family before us had several animals. They tested my carpet to see what they could do. They explained to me that because of the type of carpet we had it could be cleaned. I appreciated them testing the fibers so they could set a reasonable expectation for me.

They were very upfront and honest with me and explained everything thoroughly. Unlike, other companies who advertise a low price to get their foot in the door then start adding on to their service. They have a truck mounted cleaner with an on board water softener. They obviously have invested their money to get superior results for their customers. We were very pleased with the end results and we will be sure to refer them every chance we get.
